I do an online order thinking I'm getting my stuff to pickup and of course I get a text after I paid that they cancelled my order. This really gets me angry because I really wanted my items that were said to be available for pickup. So irritating!

As convenient as this location is, I may have to start driving farther moving forward. This is the second time staff has been careless with packaging my wallflowers refills and broken some. This one had more liquid missing. The lady dropped a couple on the counter and put them in the bag. She then just grabbed a bunch and dropped them on top of the other two. Considering these are glass, I would think staff would be a little more careful when handling these.

I walked in the rain to use my birthday gift you sent me July 1rst so your store was closed for maintenence issue I walked again 3 more times in the upcoming days. Still closed now my birthday coupon has expired. Unbelievable.

Store hours and phone number say this location should be open until 7:00pm Monday through Thursday. It is not a holiday and the store was closed at 6:05 p.m. on Tuesday, January 9th 2024. Please either fix the hours listed or at least put up a sign. All this tells me is that I can't trust the store to be open when they say they will be.
