Laulani (my Phlebotomist) was GREAT!!! She continues to exhibit and high degree of professionalism in performing her job. BayCare is commended for having Laulani as part of their work family. Making an appointment on line is the best. You choose your date and time that’s convenient for you. In and out within 15 minutes or less. The employees are very nice.
