“The wait time was so minimal I was amazed. The intake Lady I had was extremely nice, patient and thorough. Within in minutes I was called back to get my labs taken. My phelbotomist, Ms. China, was kind, patient and knew her job to perfection. If I didn't know I was having blood drawn, I would have not have felt the oh so ever barley needle being inserted. She was awesome and gentle. I hope that should I need labs again, it's Ms. China who draws my blood!”

“Generally the people who are in this place are very friendly. Dr. Núñez goes without saying, he dedicates the time that the patient needs and provides quality and warmth care. However, today I had an appointment and the new blonde girl, I think her name is Anaí, who is in front, treated me rudely. Which I believe the patient should be treated with respect. She had an appointment for today and she wanted to change it to another day because according to her, the system generated her to another clinic, as if that were my business. Then I show him that yesterday I received another message that the appointment was in Brandon and he tells me that the clinic no longer exists, but it seems like the system they have is lax.Then the word jumped out at me and he told me that I have a bad character. The truth is that it is a shame that this person addresses himself this way. They are there to provide a warm service to the patient. And I very rarely take the time to write, and this is the first time I do it because I believe that people come to this clinic to receive a service.I hope situations like these do not happen again. I am aware that we are only human beings, that we are not perfect and we make mistakes. But this person doesn't even have ethics, if you skip the word and tell me that I have a bad character, I consider you to be a disrespectful person. When you work in a clinic that treats patients for different health situations, you must be professional.I hope you can improve positively for the benefit of patients and also for yourselves as workers.”
“Where other labs are crowded, noisy, and the staff could not care less, this place is an oasis in a desert of lab service in Tampa. I have never waited more than 10 minutes in the morning in a very clean environment. The young lady staffing it could not be more competent, friendly, just plain a sheer joy in all regards. It may sound strange, but I am glad my doctor orders blood work twice a year, as I always look forward to my visits. And, imagine: the young lady remembers me over the course of 6 months ! In short: what a place !!!”
“I had blood drawn about a week ago by Sarita. I’m a difficult stick and I showered her where blood is usually drawn from. What I REALLY associate is Sarita listened to me - many phlebotomists insist on trying all the regularl spots first and end up poking me numerous times and I leave with bruises on my arms and hands. Not this time! Thank you, Sarita.”
“Excellent service! Fast, efficient, and friendly. The phlebotomist knew exactly how to find the vein and get a good flow. I think her name was Maryanne.
Like with other Quest locations, the only downside is that for older people, or those who have challenges with the kiosk, there is no front desk to speak with.”

“I did a walk in here on Monday morning. I was seen pretty quickly even though there were other patients sitting in the area. I checked in on the self serve kiosks outside of the room where the lab is. Most of my information was already in the system. I had just gotten blood work Saturday at a different location, so I asked her to be mindful of that site since there was a large bruise there. She was able to find a spot and drew quickly. She let me know they were closed new years since I had to go back again in another date. This is the closest location to my home. It's very convenient to have close by.”

“Angel baby you are the best. I am frustrated with management because they left Angel all by herself today 6/3/21. She handled it like a boss. You need to give her a raise and a full time position. It's a five for Angel but a 0 for management. I arrived at 8:30am and didn't leave until 10:25. That's how busy this young lady was and when I left she had 3 in the waiting room, one in the back, and 4 in the hall waiting to be seen. Angel you rocked that sh.. today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
