“Generally the people who are in this place are very friendly. Dr. Núñez goes without saying, he dedicates the time that the patient needs and provides quality and warmth care. However, today I had an appointment and the new blonde girl, I think her name is Anaí, who is in front, treated me rudely. Which I believe the patient should be treated with respect. She had an appointment for today and she wanted to change it to another day because according to her, the system generated her to another clinic, as if that were my business. Then I show him that yesterday I received another message that the appointment was in Brandon and he tells me that the clinic no longer exists, but it seems like the system they have is lax.Then the word jumped out at me and he told me that I have a bad character. The truth is that it is a shame that this person addresses himself this way. They are there to provide a warm service to the patient. And I very rarely take the time to write, and this is the first time I do it because I believe that people come to this clinic to receive a service.I hope situations like these do not happen again. I am aware that we are only human beings, that we are not perfect and we make mistakes. But this person doesn't even have ethics, if you skip the word and tell me that I have a bad character, I consider you to be a disrespectful person. When you work in a clinic that treats patients for different health situations, you must be professional.I hope you can improve positively for the benefit of patients and also for yourselves as workers.”

I went there and Carlos was already waiting for me, he is so friendly and funny. I was literally in and out in less than 20 mins. He also speaks Spanish so we were just switching languages for every questions which I enjoyed. Thank you Carlos!”

“This place is amazing. The staff is very knowledgeable about everything they offer, and gave me extra information I never received from any other company a like in their field of business. I went to another company for a hair follicle and tested twice positive for cocaine ( false results) I was pretty worried because of my problems I would face because of these results . I did some research found ARCpoint Labs of Tampa came in and took 2 test to prove I don't consume to witch one test was called a child guard test for extra proof. Both test came back negative. I cant thank this company enough. they took time to listen and cared about what I was facing made sure I did everything possible to find the conclusion of what was happening. ARCpoint Labs of Tampa is a place where you can expect 100% accurate results and I would recommend them to everyone.”

“Where other labs are crowded, noisy, and the staff could not care less, this place is an oasis in a desert of lab service in Tampa. I have never waited more than 10 minutes in the morning in a very clean environment. The young lady staffing it could not be more competent, friendly, just plain a sheer joy in all regards. It may sound strange, but I am glad my doctor orders blood work twice a year, as I always look forward to my visits. And, imagine: the young lady remembers me over the course of 6 months ! In short: what a place !!!”

“Angel baby you are the best. I am frustrated with management because they left Angel all by herself today 6/3/21. She handled it like a boss. You need to give her a raise and a full time position. It's a five for Angel but a 0 for management. I arrived at 8:30am and didn't leave until 10:25. That's how busy this young lady was and when I left she had 3 in the waiting room, one in the back, and 4 in the hall waiting to be seen. Angel you rocked that sh.. today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“I had probably the fastest, and most painless blood draw in my life here. I informed the nurse about my tricky veins and how many nurses often can't find my veins so I end up getting fainty. Some have even given up! She took one poke that I didn't even feel, took four vials and was done. I came in as a walk in and waited maybe five minutes. Blood draw took maybe two minutes. Quick and painless and the nurse was sweet and kind. Thank you again for your professionalism!!!”

I was told to go same day for them to get it out the way. They told me they didn't have time for me. Other than that they did a great job. Would have to say I have been a few times over the years. ?”
