Dr Morgan is the best. We have trusted her with our pets care for 15 years now. She helped us welcome Jasmine into our lives and this week she helped us say goodbye to our girl as she crossed the rainbow bridge. I only trusted Dr Morgan to help us with that.

Just had a very upsetting experience in this clinic. I asked in advance for a quotation of a blood test via mail. I was clear I wouldn’t proceed before the price was disclosed. They answered $170 went with the dog, they got the blood and charged me $245. Why? They said this is why we don’t provide prices in advance. Are you kidding me? Money money money over service, over people, over animals.

I was pleasantly surprised by getting a quick appointment but very soon realized why.
This place is extremely unprofessional and over priced. Don't expect them to have any respect for you or your animal and be prepared to pay THREE times what you would anywhere else.

They have very open availability for appointments, likely because they are overpriced and unprofessional. They don't answer their phone. They called me days after my appointment trying to say I owe them more money because my dog is intact, which he isn't. My dog is neutered, which it says on my copy of the papers, which means they also have a paper that says he's neutered too. I call them back to let them know he's neutered, of course the phone wasn't answered so I left a message. They clearly don't check their messages despite not answering their phone, cuz they texted me still trying to say I owe them money. I tried to call several more times to sort it out with no answer. Finally got called back about 30 min later to fix it. Left an extremely bad taste in my mouth and I'm not coming back.

We have been customers of Baycrest Animal Clinic for years and I highly recommend them to anyone that has a fur baby that they love. They are very loving, gentle honest and price range is very reasonable. I can’t say enough good things about the doctor and the entire staff.

Edit: the fee was on my quote and in the amount I paid. You won't extort any further money from me. Couldn't make me pay one new thing so you changed what the extra charge is for to see if I'd fall for that. If your employees aren't trained enough to even ring people up correctly and you're letting them do so unsupervised then that's on you, not me. Further shows the unprofessionalism of this clinic.
Angelys is the most rude employee I've ever encountered at a vets office. This clinic will try to squeeze every penny they can out of you. I've been harassed 3 times by this clinic making up new charges that they supposedly "forgot" to charge me for. Don't take your pet here unless you like throwing money away and being called repeatedly after your appointment to hear they have a new made up charge they want you to pay for.

5 Stars!, I’ve been taking my cat here for 7+ years and NEVER had a bad experience, gentle and caring staff, very professional and helpful every time. Amazing place, amazing people.
