Just purchased a bed set from Bed Pros Mattress of Citrus Park. All aspects of the experience were excellent - sales (Shawn was terrific), price discounts, and service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new bed. Mine is a tempurpedic on an adjustable (head up, feet up, zero gravity) bed - and SO comfortable!

amazing experience shopping at beds pro mattress. The salesman Shaun was very informative and friendly. Kept us up to date with current sales and detailed info on every mattress. We came to this store after the other mattress store accross the street and Shaun was a big decider on purchasing our mattress there. Thank you Shaun!!!!

I went to Bed Pros on Saturday to look at mattresses, after a competetor delayed the delivery of a mattress for over a month. Shaun was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, asked me some relevant questions, and expertly guided me to some mattresses to try out. Once I had made up my mind, he gave me a great deal on the mattress. The delivery guys just called to say they're 20 minutes away, so it's being delivered a day and a half after I bought it, which is excellent!

The sales associate (Shaun) was very friendly and professional throughout our visit to their store. Delivery was done the next day. The two young men that installed our bed were professional & very fast with the install. They even took our old mattresses at no cost. All in all my experience from beginning to end was very perfect. I would highly recommend them.

Bed pros had a great selection with prices that beat out all the competitors I went to. The manager Shawn was professional, knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

Though not an option, zero stars apply here!Walk into the place and you know something's "off." No customers except for one (across three separate visits). Decor right out of the 90s. And a miserably limited selection. One salesperson.We had been searching for a Nectar Premier mattress online but really wanted to try one out in person. Unfortunately, this store popped up on a search. They only had the base model which was Ok, but not firm enough. So we went ahead and ordered the premier model, as the salesperson Shawn said they could get it in a day or two. And thinking that if it didn't work out, we could just return it.We asked if the store handled a return the same way as Nectar would and were told yes, they had the guarantee as well. Nectar provides for a complete money-back, no-questions online return within 365 days if you're not satisfied. So we had no reason to doubt Shawn.The first warning sign we had was when he got all nervous and flustered that the store's price was incorrect online, so he'd be selling the mattress for $150 less. And then he tried to intimate that we'd come to the store because of the price difference, rather than the ability to take a "test drive."After a month or so we realized the mattress was not right for us and called the store to make a return. That was when we were shocked to hear that although we were told one thing verbally, we must've "misheard" and the only option is their so-called "comfort guarantee." You have 100 days to make a return for something of equal or lesser value. No money back. And delivery fees apply. That's provided you do not want a Serta which they have none of, or a Sealy which they have very few of.We felt incredibly misled and the only response from Shawn was a chuckle and a firm statement that their guarantee is "in the contract." Apparently our good faith conversation meant nothing. And he also told us that we could "go ahead and try" to reach to store owners, but it "doesn't matter" because "everything stops with me." He refused to provide even a name or number. And indeed, registered mail to the owners was completely ignored - no response. In a completely cagey manner, they had someone else first name-only sign for it. Or it was completely forged.We even offered to return the mattress plus "buy out" the contract at 20% of the cost. Shawn would not even take that to the owners.As a result, we moved the mattress to our guest room - where it wasn't needed at this time. And were forced to purchase a second mattress for our own use at another retailer. Had we done business with Nectar directly, we'd have received all our money back within 2 weeks and not had to make two costly purchases at one time, one of which was completely unnecessary.This was a horrible and very costly experience that anyone acting in good faith should not have to deal with. And it's a sad commentary on small business when in addition to a superior selection, we receive better treatment from a large retailer than a family-run business.Stay away if fairness and someone's word matters to you.
