I Used to love this Pharmacy. The service is great don't get me wrong Nick is a great pharmacist and is always willing to do what he can to help. But the new management company doesn't care about the care of the patients and just their bottom line. You will be nothing but a number to them. Once they eventually close cause thats what will happen Who ever gets Nick will be lucky. This year they asked me to change my Insurance because the other insurance I had wasn't reimbursing enough so I did.I am Disabled and on medicare. I had to change 3 other parts of my Healthcare to accommodate this request for them. I got a call today they will no longer accept my Insurance. So I am stuck now for an entire year because I did exactly as they asked me to do. So if your looking for someone who will take care of you long term this is not the place. They also manage a few other Pharmacies and advertise as local but they are really just buying up little guys and maintain the facade of a small pharmacy. Tampa pharmacy is another they manage. So do yourself a favor and just forego the headache of changing because in a short time you will have to do it again

This pharmacy has consistently messed up my medications, medication wise and instruction wise. They told me to take a tablet non sublingual tablet as a sublingual and it burned the floor of my mouth. They have send me non active prescriptions from old prescribers. They also have not received sent over medications, not sure if their system is outdated. Either way, have been burned, literally, one too many times. Switching pharmacies.

I had a valid prescription /medication that I was getting filled with them. They called to tell me that if I couldn’t get all of my prescriptions from them, then they would no longer fill my one prescription that I get from them. What an unprofessional pharmacy! Do not use them!! That is a terrible excuse. I had never had any problems before they hit me with this.

The last $650 worth of medication I received from the pharmacy was handed to me at room temperature three days after it was filled. For the past four months, it has been delivered on ice in cooler bags. As a result of leaving two voicemails and insisting on speaking with him, the pharmacist offered to replace my medications. Not only did he not apologize, but he also told me he had no interest in what I had to say. I find that to be very concerning. It is also possible that whatever delivery service he uses could have simply left my medicine in the hot car for three days, and that was the problem. I was informed by the pharmacist that the delivery service keeps the medications in a cooler. There was no cooler bag containing my medicine, and it was at room temperature. This is the first time he has failed to provide proof of delivery. Most importantly, it was three days late. I intend to report this to Eli Lilly, but I thought I would share it with Google Review as well. Arrogance on the part of this male pharmacist, he is not interested in a woman and does not listen to her concerns is my takeaway.

This pharmacy is fantastic! After getting the run around at dozens of pharmacies, I called New Care and they had my medication in stock and filled it immediately. They also make sure they have my medications on time each month despite all the other pharmacies telling me there is a shortage. Forget the big name pharmacies where you are just a number and switch to New Care now. You will be glad you did!

Can I just say...I've never loved a pharmacy more. This pharmacy is like next level. The staff have always been so helpful, friendly and professional. My calls are always answered and handled quickly. They DELIVER for Pete's sake! Whaaat?!? I've never even heard of that! I called today to make sure my prescription made it there from the Dr office bc I was due to take it today but they said unfortunately it would Monday before it would be in. No big deal. I was ok with that. I mean, they DELIVER! But to my serendipitous surprise, they found a way to deliver it today!! For real?! So I was able to take my dose on schedule!! Are you serious?! Talk about 5 star service with a side of delivery! I can't be more happier with my experience with this pharmacy. They are doing an AMAZING job! TYSM!! Keep up the great work!! ❤️

Had a prescription filled in Jan after the doctors recommended this pharmacy. Was going to get same script filled in February but they mentioned they could not give us same script at same price because they would lose money. Wish they told that when we talked to them when we ordered the medicine two days before

Nick at New Care is terrific. He worked with me to find a drug that’s difficult to get. When he had it in stock, shipped it to me immediately. I didn’t have to ask him to do it. The team really works to get you the best deal on your prescriptions, too. They are my go to pharmacy from now on. Thanks, New Care!

Amazing service , after having the worst time with both CVS and Walgreens I came to this pharmacy and not only was the pharmacist very knowledgeable and helped me with my questions regarding my prescription they also had it ready in record time , my go to pharmacy from now on , very pleased

Terrible customer service. Better off going to CVS were have been going for the last 2 years thought I'd give them a try considering the fact they come highly recommended from my Doctors office and take care of most of those patients. Well they will know otherwise. And now that I just found out that they were previously benzer alot bad things used to happen at benzer thats why they had changed the name from selling dubious covid drugs, and fraudulently billing Medicare look them up You'll see it all.

We have been with New Care for a while now. They are courteous, friendly and professional. They have worked with us and our Doctors to correct any problem that may occur. Even fill our pets two perscriptions.
