First time in a Best Buy in a while. The store was a hot mess, limited stock on many items, place seems to be going downhill. Certainly not the local go-to electronics gadget store it was once was.

I was in the store today around 430pm. The store was almost empty of customers. I stood around the appliance section looking to buy a Bosch Benchmark diswasher. After giving up waiting for a sales associate to arrive, I went to the front door and requests a staff member to page an sales person to appliance. I once again was in wait mode as I observed several assocites wondering around and evading my area. My wife and myself finally gave up. Upon exiting I informed the same associate at the entrance door that nobody showed up and we were leaving to purchase somewhere else.

If I could put a no star I would. The Citrus Park Best Buy is the worst store ever. We ordered and paid for a television back in December. They were suppose to come deliver and install it. They managed to cancel the installation the day of and then told us we had to wait another two weeks before they could come install it. In the meantime, we called and said to just deliver it and not install it. It was still another week or so before delivery. On the day of, today, they called and canceled delivery again. I'm thinking civil theft here. We have paid for this television, in full, and still don't have the television. The constant cancelations of the delivery of a previously paid for product is now considered theft. I would not do business with this Best Buy, they will steal your money and never deliver your products.

I’ve been to nicer, better staffed Pawn Shops. This is the worst Best Buy I’ve ever seen. Looks like a yard sale inside with NO ONE to help with anything.
From the looks of their canned responses, expect to be told to reach out via social media. What a JOKE!

I purchased a SONOS sound system. The worst experience ever! I would like the CEO or upper management to call a store and see if they can get through to speak with anyone! After waiting 20 minutes on the phone a c/s rep came on and informed me their stores do not accept calls. She wasn’t able to assist me and suggested I return to the store. Poor Customer Service! I don’t know why or how BB is still in business. I called SONOS granted I had to wait 10-15 minutes, but once I got a c/s rep they were able to assist me and provided excellent c/s! I wasn’t transferred, put on hold, had to call back or frustrated…they listened and solved the problem.

Absolutely terrible experience with Best Buy at Citrus Park Mall. My boyfriend and I purchased a washer and dryer set in November, paying in full for the appliances, warranty, delivery, setup, and haul away of the old ones. Delivery was scheduled for December 3, but only the washer arrived. The delivery team claimed we didn’t schedule the dryer—completely absurd since we paid for the full set. My boyfriend had to take another day off work for the dryer delivery the following week, only to receive an open-box floor model missing feet and an owner's manual, despite being told we were waiting weeks for new stock.
When he went to the store to speak with a manager, they were dismissive and offered no solutions—no credit, no replacement, nothing. They basically said we could return both appliances if we wanted. After days of trying to follow up, including multiple unreturned calls to the manager, we’re still stuck with half our order and no resolution. This is beyond unacceptable for a $2,200 purchase.
Big corporations like Best Buy should care about their customers, especially loyal ones. If a small business treated people like this, they'd lose customers overnight. Shameful experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

I bought a 4 thousand dollar tv and the guy that brought it to my car was be really rough with it then slammed it on the ground lol, but thank God the tv was fine, just thought it was weird cause i asked no one to bring it out to avoid that but they did anyway

A purchased an SD card. Geek squad could not help me install it. Suggested I go see someone at the cell phone desk. Is it turns out they were busy but the manager help me to install the SD card. No one in the store including the geek squad could assist me with downloading photos to the SD card.
