Needed to return a charging cable that didnt fit the product I had. They denied because I was a few days after the 15 days policy that says it applies to “most products”.Extremely disappointing because the original cord that needed to be replaced was brought and was given the wrong one to purchase. I could only get store credit when I needed cash back because it was for a business. I got penalized because a store rep gave the wrong product to start.

Great service! Night and day difference from the Wesley Chapel store. After my horrible experience there the same day about an hour later I came to this store to purchase my $400 item. I walked in and to the area. An employee was helping someone else with a purchase I waited a few minutes. Walked around to see if anyone else was available but they were not. I circled back to where the employee was helping someone and another employee Michael asked if I was being helped. I said no and he asked if he could told him what I wanted he went over some things with me and I not only purchased my gift for my husband but reopened my account. My husband was walking around and I told him we will NEVER go to the Wesley Chapel store again. I do not care how much closer it is. Way to go Citrus Park Best Buy. Great customer service as it should be.

Ordered TV online. Scheduled delivery. Received 3 different links thereafter regarding in store pickup. Did not request in store pickup. Tried calling, was continually referred back to website which kept taking me back to beginning. Pretty poor.

Nice and bright. Greeted by security as soon as I came in. Employees were friendly and helped me find the item that I needed. Could've used more help at the front end but I don't know if it was just a shortage that day. Will go back there for future needs.

Was recommended a Sony TV by one of the sales people working at this store as the best option for chrome casting. TV is horrible, hard to navigate, freezes constantly casting is always a pain. $1K thrown in the trash. Will Never buy at this store again and done with Sony products.

Shout out to Aaron, dude with the long hair! Second day on the job yet knowledgeable enough to make you think he's been there for a while. Super cool guy, very professional and excellent customer service. You guys made an excellent choice.

Absolute worst customer service ever. Ordered a laptop the day it was supposed to be delivered it was still at the store. Customer service and the store flatly refused to hold the order so I could pick it up or to cancel the order. Never called me back. Customer service says they have no way to contact the store. Now instead of next day delivery it could be as long as 10 days. Just lying to people and refusing to be of any help. Would give zero stars if I could.

Had an issue with a monitor I bought online not being the one I ordered, which I didn't discover until after the 14 day return policy expired. Manager agreed with my assertion their policy shouldn't apply since the wrong item was shipped inside a box that was labeled correctly on the outside so they refunded my purchase. I ended buying a different monitor at the store which happened to be on sale for less than the one I originally ordered.

Here's an idea for Best Buy hiring execs. Replace 90% of your staff and incorporate robotics with Ai intelligence. Your in store pickup and customer service is the worst. If it wasn't that I needed my item the same day, I would of easily ordered from Amazon. One person in customer service department doing it all, while the geek squad and the 2 opened cashiers were available and on their phones. I Asked for a manager and I was sent the person from geek squad that I was about to complain about. When I told her this, she caught an attitude. Hey....Maybe I walked in on a bad day, but based on the reviews it seems to be the norm.

Today at Best Buy Citrus Plaza we had to swap a HP Stream 11.6 laptop for a Lenovo Ideapad 3 which is a 2-in-1 touchscreen tablet with the help of the knowledgeable and patient Miguel at the Computer/Tech dept. Miguel was very good at his job and explained key differences between models we were considering for the switch. We came home and after the speedy set up, found this chromebook exactly what we were looking for. And although we plan to mostly travel with it, we did not want to compromise speed, efficiency & storage. We are happy we chose this gem, (not to mention the great price,) thanks to Miguel for being thorough and answering all our burning questions today. Check out this store for its great deals...they do not last long!

Little disorganized. Could not find an open box item and it showed as being in the store. We did end up finding it but they wouldn't take any more money off since it had been lost for some time.

Walking into a Best Buy today I had flashbacks of walking into a K-Mart or Sears a decade ago. Lots of unstocked shelves, no staff to help (despite the store being near empty) and a “flea market” feel.I really feel like I’m piling it on but the floors are dirty AND trash all over it. Even though I’m in line waiting for my turn, the few staff that is here keeps helping people who bypassed the line to “ask a quick question”.After finishing writing the last two paragraphs, 2 staff just walked up to the “display” behind me, discussed it, ignored my trying to get their attention then walked away.
