We were in town for an industry conference. We had recommendations from the hotel concierge for "high end" dining in the area. We opted for local at the Big Easy. We could not have been more impressed with our visit. We reserved a table for 6 with a direct phone call. From the appetizers, main courses, dessert, and high-end liquor selection, everything had a personal and genuine feel to it that you can only get with people who care about making sure their customers have the best experience. We would NOT have had this much fun or enjoyment at one of the hotel recommended places. We had high-level executives at the meal, and afterward they shared with us, it was the best meal and place they had been in the three days in Tampa. The only dissapoinment is that the star rating doesn't go to "11" for the Big Easy Bar. We WILL be back.

Day bartender was fantastic (John) for lunch. Visiting the area before moving here and love NOLA. Very well stocked bar and good background music. Excellent environment! Plan to bring a friend that shares my NOLA love when I move here ?.

From the moment you step inside, you'll be greeted with a vibrant atmosphere that sets the stage for an incredible dining experience. The food is simply outstanding, with a menu that showcases the flavors and spices of New Orleans cuisine. Whether you're craving gumbo, jambalaya, or a delicious po' boy sandwich, they've got you covered. The dishes are bursting with authentic flavors that will transport you straight to the heart of Louisiana. And let's not forget about the service - it's truly exceptional. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure every customer feels welcomed and taken care of. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor create a warm and inviting atmosphere. So, if you're in the mood for some mouthwatering Cajun and Creole dishes, The Big Easy is the place to be! Trust me, you won't be disappointed! ?️??

I had brunch and dinner here. I had the BEST TIME! Live jazz music on Saturdays and Sundays from 1pm to 4pm! Dan was my server during the day. He was on point with everything. Devon was my server at night and she did an amazing job. She has amazing classic cocktail knowledge!

Hey Google. Isn’t there something inherently illegal and deceptive about editing people’s reviews with fake accounts of their experiences? This place is awful. How dare you rewrite my review and say otherwise.

Great spot in the middle of Ybor City. You can park in the garage, which is like a 2 block walk and free parking for the first hour. Or you can do street parking via meter parking. If you're not familiar with Ybor it's betweeen other little shops, bars, and other great places to eat. The ambiance was all NOLA and made you feel like you took a trip there. While the restaurant is small it accommodated our party of 20, we had a great waitress and bartender. We went for Saturday brunch and early that were the first set of people. Our waitress was quite busy with other tables as well as ours but she pushed thru and didn't seem stressed. Food came out in groups, again understandable for the size of our group. The food was delicious, took us back to New Orleans vibes. Everyone enjoyed their po boys, jambalaya and dirty fries. The NOLA skillet was good, full flavor and had the Nola seasonings. If you bring your kids, there's no kid menu and they won't adapt to your kid (smaller portions). Only negative I would say is my kid got the big breakfast - they didn't adjust size and when her hash potatoes were too spicy I asked for fries instead, and they charged me. The drinks flowed freely, beers, mimosas, bloody Mary's and so much more! Live band came around one and started playing - it was a bit loud for how small the location was but it was entertaining. I would recommend the volume down a bit so you can still converse with your friends and family. Overall, Brunch was great! You will enjoy your meal and drinks and vibe to great live bands. Posted some of the dishes and some pics of the location.

Excellent oysters, hearty New Orleans menu, perfect cocktails, knowledgeable service, great place to fortify yourself in Ybor City! One of the few places in Ybor that features live music regularly!

The shrimp po boy used to be my fav but they switched from the hoagie to this dry ciabatta bread. Maybe it would’ve been better if they added butter or toasted it . The shrimp and the remoulade sauce were good though!
