self checkout is all they use it seems now....I spent my last cent at BJ's....COSTCO I hope does not do the same.

Poor, horrible customer service at the corporate level. It took 1 hour-3 calls before Anna gave me the information Lilian said she could not provide. I am canceling my membership after 14 years. I'm moving over to Costco. Lilian put me on hold until the BJs timed out the call and hung up.
