Edit: My initial review (1 star) was based on a bad experience with a missed appointment. Since then Sunitha from Block Advisors has reached out to help me. She did a great job. I am changing this review and rating based on the care and education I received from her. Thanks Sunitha. (5 star)
Old review: I made an appointment with Block Advisors. They broke the appointment. They did not notify me. I arrived to the office and there was nobody there. I spoke with customer service. She said I should have made the appointment at a different location. I work long hours everyday. I made an appointment at this location so I wouldn't miss the appointment. Why would I want to drive across town?

H&R Block should be named H&R Animals haters, these people are inhumane and cruel.They kicked me out because I took my small poodle with me, they say they it H&R policy no pet inside when I told them there is no such a policy with any place except crossers ( what my dog going to eat? Will he eats your computer) then they say oh we placed an allergic person in every location we have.This is just a stupid thing to say, I will never do business with H&R Block ever again.

We have had the same tax preparer, Sunitha, do our taxes each year for the last four or five years, and she is extremely competent and professional. Her work leaves us confident that our annual IRS interaction will be as minimally painful as possible. Additionally, appointments are easy to schedule.
