I purchased Khiel's ultra facial cream at this location. I used Khiel's products for years until I discovered that Ultra Facial Cream SPF 30 uses horrible toxic ingredients (namely octocrylene) and my doctor forbade me from using it. I have a brand new cream that I purchased and when I contacted Khiel's with my concerns, the representative had no recourse for me and had absolutely nothing to offer. So much for my loyal business that I gave to the company for years and got nothing back in return but for a toxic worthless product.
Bluemercury stop carrying this toxic brand!

Magnificent spa. The staff are super friendly and this is simply the very best part of Tampa. A little pricy but I’m a fan of the old maxim, “you get what you pay for” and here, the little extra price is worth it. Highly recommend for singles or couples, men or women!

I have been shopping here for the last few years. They have always been helpful in the past. But not at this visit.
After driving from st pete I needed a rest room. I'm disabled and in a wheelchair and I told them I had an urgent need.
They have a spa attached to the store, so you know they have a bathroom! They refused to let me use it! The public restroom was across the street and in a other plaza! I almost didn't make it.
I will not shop here again. Very Rude!

First time I was ever in and I was happy they had Bobbi Brown cause Sephora never does and I don’t go to department stores or malls.
Not sure how to spell it but Grayson was amazing and helped me thoroughly + even gave me some samples/ lip pairing suggestions. I was very happy with the experience and his help especially since it was my birthday it just felt more special. Will be back when in town.

I've visited Blue Mercury quite a few times and the staff is great. I've been able to find Tata Harper products there, which I love, and they've introduced me to a couple of other brands that I haven't heard of before, including: - A fantastic lip conditioner that's my daily go-to - Jane Iredale mineral make up. I use the blush and highlighter from this brand, but will never part from my Pat McGrath foundation :) The Tata Harper rep was in the store and because I love the brand so much, she kindly gifted me a full size mask (these masks normally cost close to $100 per container). I also received the gift for a purchase from Blue Mercury. So why 4 stars instead of 5? I took off one star because they can be a bit pushy with the sales and they love to upsell you on other things. I've learned that when I shop there, I have to know what I'm going to get and stand my ground, otherwise, my $100 purchase will quickly swell to $400 and invite to come back the following week to meet with a rep from one of their brands. If you're ever in Hyde Park, I'd recommend adding this to your places to visit.
