I love Bluemercury! This store carries the best skincare and makeup products. It’s the only place I shop for my beauty routine. The customer service is always the best! I highly recommend this store.

Great customer service. I recently discovered this store and have had a great experience with the team. Every person the I’ve encountered have been fantastic. Way more of a personal experience than Sephora or Ulta.

This place is amazing. The store is immaculate and the personelle is so friendly and knowledgeable the trip to Hyde Park is a pleasure. I am impressed with the selection of quality products. Definitely a must shop.

UPDATE: I emailed customer service 8 times now and still no receipt.Under no circumstances place a phone order with this store, you either won’t receive it, or receive it without notification/ receipt.I placed an order with sales associate, she said item was back ordered and it will probably take few weeks to ship. She said I will receive a tracking information when it ships. Called a week later to check on receipt, tracking - someone assured me that it will be send to me ASAP.Never received receipt, order number, nor tracking. Dysons airwrap arrived while I was out of town, and sat in sun and rain for 10 days. Contacted customer care and still haven’t received receipt needed to either return or register with Dyson. COMPLETE LACK OF COMPETENCE.

My favorite location of blue mercury ever! Every time I come in here I always have such a great experience, and everyone is always so nice. Today I walked in with my dog during the farmers market, and Emma was so incredibly kind and helpful. She offered my dog water, but also took the time to ask me what I needed and helped me find what I was looking for. I couldn’t recommend her enough and she was such a pleasant person who was also extremely knowledgeable of the products as well. 10/10 experience!

Poor customer service. I went in here twice and was barely given the time of day both times. The first time I went, the store closed in 15 minutes and the lady working made it very clear that she didn’t want to help me that late. I work in retail, so I tried to be understanding. I went back another day when they would have more time to help me figure out what new products would be good for my skin. I was planning on getting a whole new set of makeup. When I walked in, no one greeted me. I asked for help and the same lady from the other night gave me a 2 second run down of a product I had questions about and then walked away. No one wanted to help and it was terrible service. Thank goodness there was a Sephora next door, because that’s where I ended up going to spend my $500.

Staff is pretty bad here. Very pushy and they rang up my return incorrectly which was about a $30 difference. Sales associate also tried telling me that men and women skin is different, so my fiancés moisturizer wouldn’t work on my skin. Pretty sure that is just flat out incorrect. Recommend going to Sephora next door

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Tried to exchange/return a broken product that was gifted to me from their online store. Even though online it says that you can return/exchange online purchases in store, this shop claims that that’s not possible so don’t waste your time. I also tried to explain that the product arrived to me broken and showed her the zipper that had broke off the gift set bag and the associate ROLLED HER EYES AT ME. I get it, typically I also wouldn’t care but the gift bag was $110 retail so I want to make sure that I get my money’s worth and more importantly my friend’s money’s worth. TLDR; don’t come here unless you want to waste your time and be treated like trash while you waste it!

It’s really disappointing that no one ever answers the phone. I’ve always enjoyed shopping here (previously) but there has definitely been shift in the customer service experience… Very disappointing

I have been coming here since it opened and love the products they offer; however, the woman that identifies herself as the manager with short dark hair is very rude. She was not helpful or did not seem willing to help/answer questions. She makes you feel like you aren't allowed to return items even though the receipt outlines the rules. Terrible customer service all around. It's unfortunate that the employees make the shopping experience so unenjoyable. Save yourself the trip and just buy the products online.

Absolutely disgusted by the customer service. This company claims to have customer service in mind. I live 4 hours away from that store so went to another store to return. To find out you have to return at the store. Cause their financial software do not speak to each other. How is that my problem as a customer? I spent $400 at your store and now I am held hostage to have to drive to their store. Unbelievable. Never in my life have I had to do deal with something like this. And then to be told at the location I went to return to leave all the products and my personal information including credit card for them to return eventually. That is one messed up customer service that you have. Never again will buy through you. I would rather buy all the merchandise directly from the companies.

I would give zero stars if I could. I didn't catch her name but she identified herself as the manager (very short dark hair) and she has zero customer service skills! Does she not realize that everything they sell can be purchased online or in most cases at other stores. I have been a long time Blue Mercury shopper but the service at this location has a bad enough that I would drive much further not to go to her store. Awful and I see they are hiring, hopefully for her position.
