The guy didnt want to help at all i wanted a new phone and to upgrade my plan and he says call 611 or basically go to another store because he wasnt in the mood to do his job and help customers. Please find someone who speaks better english and wants to do their job because this guy is a terrible person to have in this store alone!!!

Horrible horrible bad customer service nasty attitude not professional at all This is the worst Boost store I've been to I went through hell trying to get my son's phone activated its a damn shame for a person who worked for a company for years and still didn't give ethical information doesn't make any sense go to another location you don't get yelled at for not doing their JOB respectfully ???
