I was told I was getting the iPhone 15 plus half off when purchasing a new plan through boost, then gave me the iPhone 15 for regular price and I paid cash. I will Never go here again and I am really thinking about going to another phone company because that was not good business!

The owner/MAN in charge is very rude. Not sure if he dislikes women or what but that's what his enegry was giving. His attitude is NASTY. He refused service to me because Boost Mobile (who he's in business with messed up on MY account. I changed my number over the phone the night before. I went into this location (the location I always go to) I asked for help , dude at the front was training so the head man came out and seemed to be aggravated and bothered by me asking if they were with BOOST MOBILE ? He stated "NO" and tried charging me 60$+ for a new plan and or recommended it may be my phone (that I just upgraded with this location about 2 months ago.) needs to be fixed ? He then stated that was the only options. I refused. I refused because I had paid my phone bill 2 days prior and I didnt want to start over again. Smh If you let these people play with and take all your coins THEY WILL. Long story short I called customer service back after being treated so poorly IN THE STORE and what do you know BOOST MOBILE SENT ME A NEW SIM CARD of NO CHARGE within 3 days that I don't even need. All cause the store didn't want to assist a customer.. don't shop here. They don't care and or value the customers because if they did he wouldn't treat people with poor manners as if he don't have a mother himself. Just flat out rude but need OUR MONEY. Fix your attitude sir!! Hopefully this business has a better year in 2024

3 yrs with Metro, I never lost services due to payment. Through a deal ? I changed to Boost Mobile. It's been two months, and I've lost service twice... My due date is the 21st each month, and the 21st ends at midnight. But Boost Mobile terminate service midnight of the 20th, so much for a deal...

I came in to fix my phone. After I seen the sign says phone repair in 15 min and I was in rush so the guy mike was his in there fixed my phone less then 10 min and I was happy and on my way we’ll definitely come back and definitely recommend to everyone who’s trying get they phone fixed this is the spot you should be at they will get that phone done in less than 10 min
