Best service I got from a boost mobile store in a LONG time. The young pretty girl at the counter solved my internet issue and lowered my bill all in like 10 minutes. She makes satisfying customers look easy. I salute her.

I arrived at this store at 2:35 PM to find it locked with a sign on the door saying "Back at 2:40". I waited until 3 and left to find another store.

Worst service ever!! Never buy a boost mobile phone. Worst customer service of any business I have ever dealt with. If you try to leave plan on buying a new phone, even if you already own yours or waiting 48 hours before they will unlock it. They will cancel your service but afterwards tell you but oh we wont unlock it for 48 hours. And thats if you can actually understand the broken English they all speak.. Dont ask to talk to that department because they are a phone service whose departments don't have phone service..yes that is what the idiot on the other end actually said. After being put on hold for 15 min to speak to a supervisor and explaining I was having chemo the next day and needed my phone his words were well then guess you shouldn't have changed phones today. Total incompetence from a foreign company..do yourself a favor buy from anyone else or pray you like not having a phone.

Called store to confirm that is open as previous day I got there at 6 PM and it was closed. Got to the store at 6:40 PM on Tuesday after confirming over the phone its open till 8:00 PM, store door locked. Lady that was inside ran to the back and hide, I guess they do not want business.

I got a new phone last week. The young lady working was very polite. Yesterday, I had to go back to exchange it because it wouldn't keep a charge. The same young lady was working. Apparently if you BOOSTUP, you can't just exchange in store. I cannot be without a phone because I, like most people, don't have a land line and I have a child. It took her some time but she got it exchanged for me. Thank you.

Woman behind the counter was terribly off-putting, treated me like I was a nuisance. Would definitely not recommend visiting this place at any time. I was only there to pay a bill and customer service is what I do, today was a very bad example of what good service is.

I'm a regular customer at this store I had purchased my phone and many other accessories here my phone case I purchased I like but the phone cover which doubles as a screen protector came off my belt and was lost so I went there and purchased a new on which they only had grey and was not fond of the color but I just needed the holder I drove home opened the box and it was junk took it back and the refused to exchange or refund my$ the employee told me at least the rest is ok just the piece I purchased the whole thing for was broken. They robbed me and I'm upset I'll never return there and will change my carrier if nothing is done about this I was totally disrespected don't shop here.

I walked in to the store and found that the lady that supposed to be working in the store, was 3 Doors Down. I asked her one question and without even looking at my phone she had informed me that my phone is not able to be backed up with my information nor is it possible to do a master reset on my phone. This place is a joke seems like they spend more time at the barbershop or at the computer store next door then they do inside their own store. I wish I can get paid like that. She didn't even look at my phone I even know that it can be backed up she didn't care......
