Karen gave some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! She was super patient, polite, and made sure all my questions were answered. You can tell she really cares about helping people and goes the extra mile to make things right. It’s rare to find someone that professional and kind these days. Big shoutout to Karen—she’s the reason I’ll be coming back!

If I could do a negative star I would. Yesterday I went into the store on Fletcher for a replacement phone as my camera lens was shattered. I told the lady I didn't want to spend a lot. First she tries to sell me a phone for $139 I asked if there was a cheaper alternative, she then offered one for $100 I asked if that was the lowest price option. Then it went to $39. I bought it. She offered to change over my items from my old phone. Being I was on my lunch and running out of time I said no as I thought a coworker could do it. He couldn't do I called and asked if they would do it after I left work at 5pm. She said sure. I went in as I said, the employee there at the time looked at me like I was an idiot and thought a moment and said for me to visit there store on Fowler as she didn't know how. I believe she didn't want to ask she didn't make the commission and then said no. How do you work selling phones and not know how. We exchanged unpleasant words as I felt she was blowing me off as she had a bag of food on the counter. Maybe I was going to be cutting into her Newport break after eating. I called another store and the young lady cheerfully told me yes she would do it. Honestly I'll never go into the store on the 20th street block of Fletcher again. You couldn't pay me to

They sell my husband a defective phone last month it's voice-mail when his phone is on 8 out of 10 time when calling him and now he payed the month and it havent work since that been 3 days it's a automatic voice message like he haven't pay his phone.

Called this morning in need of help for being double charged this month.... was told to call a different number because the store representative "did not want to know my problem"....I knew I needed a new phone service company, but this was the last straw.
