They sell my husband a defective phone last month it's voice-mail when his phone is on 8 out of 10 time when calling him and now he payed the month and it havent work since that been 3 days it's a automatic voice message like he haven't pay his phone.

Called this morning in need of help for being double charged this month.... was told to call a different number because the store representative "did not want to know my problem"....I knew I needed a new phone service company, but this was the last straw.

I had a problem with my service, went to a different location, did not receive help. Decided to come to this store location.... Best move I could make. Joy is a wonderful, knowledgeable employee. Took care of me in a quick and friendly manner. I will come back to this location from now on!!!
