They advertise the ACP plans for free phone but there's never nobody there that knows how to activate the plan I visited seven or eight different stores and there never was nobody there that new how to activate the plan.... Yes I want to add to this all the nice reviews about boost Mobile are from two and three years ago what about what's going on right now

I've used Boost for the past eight years or so and am happy with the service. I went to this location to add my son to our family plan on November 30, 2022. The new owner (I believe he's the new owner) is very friendly and knowledgeable, and had us up and running in very little time. No pushy sales tactics, either. It was overall a positive experience.

Worse place ever if I can give. 0 star I would my son got a phone frOm there he's a new customer a week later he's phone got messed up don't want to charge or nothing and they can't help him or do nothing about it like seriously I shouldoff told my son to go to metro PCs now my son has a messed up phone that's on and can't use it and bill still going to be sent ...smh!!!

My experience with Boost Mobile rep Carlos was ideal customer service! He was quick, professional, very informative, cordial and gave me a great deal$! Location was USF area on Fowler Ave off Nebraska Ave in Tampa. ???

Worst service ever!! Never buy a boost mobile phone. Worst customer service of any business I have ever dealt with. If you try to leave plan on buying a new phone, even if you already own yours or waiting 48 hours before they will unlock it. They will cancel your service but afterwards tell you but oh we wont unlock it for 48 hours. And thats if you can actually understand the broken English they all speak.. Dont ask to talk to that department because they are a phone service whose departments don't have phone service..yes that is what the idiot on the other end actually said. After being put on hold for 15 min to speak to a supervisor and explaining I was having chemo the next day and needed my phone his words were well then guess you shouldn't have changed phones today. Total incompetence from a foreign company..do yourself a favor buy from anyone else or pray you like not having a phone.
