Walked in and was treated kindly by the employees but it went downhill when we tried to get the managers attention asking if they had a certain boot available in the back, he proceeds to talk down to us with a very rude demeanor stating everything was on the shelves and then says that woman’s boots don’t come in a wide option? They very much do. Say you don’t know how to do your job without saying you don’t know how to do your job. Two stars because the sweet girls up front were nice and helpful

Sean is an amazing manager. I went to Boot Barn after work to return some jeans after an order gone wrong on cyber Monday , but he was able to patiently resolve my issue without a lick of frustration. I can tell he’s probably an awesome person to work with. Happy Holidays!

Best Shopping Experience Ever!
First time shopping for boots, and Angel was hands down the best salesperson I’ve ever met. He helped me and my friends find the perfect pairs and even put together multiple outfits for the week. We had a blast! Angel really knows his stuff when it comes to boots and style. Highly recommend asking for him if you stop by!

I came here on Aug 2nd with my daughter to buy boots and a belt. We immediately felt unwelcomed, the whole time we were there we felt side glances and unwelcoming demeanor from the associates like we didn’t belong. They never offered to assist us even though they watched our movements the whole time. I’ve shopped here in the past because I like their selection of jeans, but after this experience I’ll choose to shop elsewhere. I hate to pull the race card, but I noticed that people who walked in after us, or ones who were already in the store received better treatment than we did. After reading a few reviews, I’m not the only person who has experienced this and that’s disappointing to hear. I contacted corporate and the regional manager apologized but I still won’t be spending my money in a place that allows this behavior

No more in the store offer to assist me.Like if I couldn't buy anything in there, so I left.after I asked where the ladies boots. Later, a person walked in a different color and they went right to them to assist them.it was a color thing...

Co-workers had told me about the location for work boots. There was a large selection of work boots.
I did not have the time but I would like to return to browse their Western ware selection and cowboy style boots.

So I'm not going to go get a refund, because they are work boots but the fact that we couldn't find the other left boot (they throw away the boxes) could only mean it was on the clearance rack. Because that was the direction it was generated from and instead of saying something I paid full price. You can see the discoloration on the toe. So this one star is for the lack of integrity by the employees. I was going to buy the boots regardless.
