Worst customer service I have ever seen in my entire life. I bought several Hugo Boss polo shirts to give as gifts for Christmas, no one told me that I had to put my account in case I had to exchange or return. I understand the policies of business but the employees of this store they only occupy a space. since they don't want to help anyone they made me go several times to the store to talk to a manager and when I got there the store manager told me to wait for The representative who helped me, when she arrived I heard her talking to another representative muttering that she only told me that she already tried to talk to the store manager and that she couldn’t do nothing about else and not to bother her anymore. I do not recommend this store to buy here, there is no customer service. On top of that I had to buy new shirts with a bigger size because they did not wanted to do the exchange because I did not had the receipt and on top of that I had to keep the ones I already bought, very bad experience, next time I'm going to Hugo Boss in Orlando Florida.

Unpleasant experience..! staff's behavior was impolite, and it disrupted your attempt to use the mirror. Additionally, the manager's actions seemed deliberate, blocking your view where ever we tried to move.

Rude and unhelpful sales associates that hate their job. Was interested the brand and made several visits. Each time I ended up not buying anything due to sales people who don't want to provide any customer service at all!

Staff is incredible here; Marcial helped me select the perfect tuxedo for my wedding & ensured the fit was absolutely perfect. He & Chris Galante, the GM, even went the extra mile to replace my tuxedo shirt on short notice when a button popped. This is my first stop whenever I need a new suit or sport coat and it's not just because of the quality of the Boss brand; it's because of their service & dedication to making the customer their top priority.

The lady in there was rude, I asked for a different size for a poloshe handed me the polo without saying a word. I went to try it on, brought it back to her to buy it, she took it out of my hands, went to the register ( at this point i did not say i was gonna buy it) and for the first time since I got to the store she asked me a question, the first one! "cash or card?", I said card, signed the little iPad to confirm the purchase, she shoved the receipt in the bag and she said "okay bye".

you have a terrible salesperson, the third time I go to the store and this salesperson is there, he has terrible service, he wants to know who I'm buying the clothes for, rude, when I asked to pack the clothes he got stressed, the worst I've ever seen , next time if he asks me he will hear what he doesn't want

I was looking for shirt for my husband.I saw some new Design shirt on the show place. I touch the shirt for check material and design.A sales women came and said: if you looking for size I bring to you , please don’t open the shirt. I need to fold and organize the shirt after you leave.I said: understood.I tried to see other shirt next to the first one. She took the first shirt to the cashier, and asked me don’t touch next shirt.I feel uncomfortable with her service.I get out from the store.I will never go this store.

Should have read the reviews before coming here.Was suit shopping for my wedding. Finally acknowledged after looking at the jackets on display for a few minutes. The guy barely gave me the time of day. Told him I was suit shopping for my upcoming wedding this year, which was met with a blank stare (in my suit shopping experience, letting them know the type of event usually increases their confidence in the sale). Told him it's in December (8 months out by then). He said they have nothing for winter and to come back in the fall. No way I'm buying a suit for my wedding 2 months out. Worst reception I've ever had shopping for a suit.Coincidentally ended up buying a Boss suit that same day from somewhere else. I know where I'll be telling my groomsmen to avoid.

I drove an hour to come to the store to only see it closed when I showed up. It said online they close at 8 and I showed up at 7 and the store was closed with no one in it. Very unprofessional from a store like this.

Hugo Boss at International Plaza and Bay Street in Tampa is a great place to go for all things Hugo Boss clothing and accessories. I really like their selection here and all of the different styles that they have here from business to casual. I have been happy with all of the purchases that I have made from here.
