If they are no longer accepting insurance claims then they need to update their website and remove it from their website.

Brandon Collision was great to me! Someone hit me and I took it to them because I wanted to use a Ford dealer. Carlos was amazing! He kept me updated every step of the way and was very helpful in answering all my questions.

Lobby was very clean! I came in to get an estimate. Carlos came out and was very helpful. He took my car around back and snapped my front bumper back in place without needing to get an estimate done. I’d recommend this place to my family and friends anytime.

Had my moms Toyota Rav in for repair and they did a great job. Thank you Rocco for all your help and the wonderful communications! They did have an issue with the TPMS 2 times, replace twice and they could not get it to reset. Thanks to Carlos for stepping in and saying that it needed to be programmed through Toyota. He made a call and I went there and it was fixed in 10 minutes!! So grateful for this team … highly recommend them. Thanks again!

We had a truck that was damaged before we were acquired by new owners, and with all the back and forth with deciding if we were going to make the repair or not, Mr Chad Delks was so helpful and guiding us the entire way. My wife had a minor accident rear ended, we went to Brandon Collision & Rocco & his entire crew turned what is normally a bad experience into something positive. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly, professional & thorough. I hope to not need them again, but I sure will count on them to help me out. Our car was ready 2 days early, & the repair looks as good as new.

Great work and customer service. Needed work done on a company vehicle and the Dodge/Ram dealership said it would be 2 weeks out and up to 3 days for repair. Chad made it happen same week, repairs were done in one day, and the truck's back at it!
