Brandon Collision completely destroyed my car. I got my front bumper fixed went to pick my car up and it was no longer turning on said my ac compressor went out when my car was driving perfectly fine before i sent it in to them. I drove my car to Brandon collision and ended up having to get it towed to another shop because they poor quality of work. Don't send your car here

Poor communication as previously noted by most people. Car has been sitting over a month and not so much as a peek. I call and call with no answer. This is the worst and there reply to these reviews shows their level of commitment 0. They force you to sign a waiver saying they are not responsible for rental because they KNOW they have no intention on fixing anyone's car in a timely manner. Absolutely the worse experience. I just hope they dont destroy my car any more then it already is. And this is suppose to be a perferred shop for my insurance LOL they need to change that.

Go to any other body shop besides this place!!! Took a 2017 Dodge Challenger there to get a rear bumper and fender replaced and painted. The process took about two weeks longer than originally quoted which would of been fine would the work have been done correctly. When I picked the car it up it was clear no one looked it over. It had TONS of paint over spray on all the panels, over spray on all the windows, terrible wax job that left a ridiculous amount of scratches on panels that weren't scratched before... even the new panels that were painted had swirls in them (either poor prep was done or the wax pad they used had dirt / contaminates in it.) Vinyl that was on the hood, roof, and trunk were damaged due to wax being left on it and dried in the sun discoloring the vinyl. The inside was filthy from where they had taken the back windshield off and not properly covered, didn't even bother to detail the inside. It's super clear this company only cares about how much they can charge your insurance for and then once they get the check in their hand they could care less about taking care of your vehicle. If I could of left a 0/5 stars I would.Services: Painting

So I will start this by saying I had high hopes for Brandon Collision. My family has brought a total of 3 cars for 4 different jobs to them. I dropped our 2017 Fusion Energi off to them on July 18th. I also dropped the car off early without an appointment because since my car had been backed into our radiator fan was bouncing inside the housing and I did not feel safe driving the car. I made sure to let them know this when I dropped the car off and went on my way. For the following 3 weeks I got little to no communication about where my car was in this whole process and I had to call to get updates. Once the car was "done" I found out the fan was not replaced. So I drove down there and talked our advisor in person. She assured me she would do her best to resolve it. During all of this I asked if an adjuster had been out, and that is when I found out that the adjuster goes off of photographs and the technician/advisors word on what is and what is not related to an accident. While I was there I also noticed that a couple spots on the bumper had not been painted and they said they would fix it along with talking to the insurance company about the fan. I left and hoped it would be a pretty quick turn around since the date was August 9th. In the meantime I waited over 3 weeks. On the Monday of the 4th week I left a voicemail letting them know that I felt like I was on the back burner and they've had our car for well over a month. I got a call back from the collision center manager Judd the following day. He assured me that I would have the car by the end of that week. He kept his promise but yet again I had to be the one to initiate contact and figure out when/if our car was finished. We got the car back on Sept 8th, I popped the hood and took video of how horribly the fan was bouncing. Since while I was driving I could now feel it when stopped at a light. So we called back later that day and asked for the collision center director Shaun, to discuss why they had not recommend replacing the fan even if it would have been on our dime. The agreed to solution was for us to bring in the car and pay for the part (the radiator fan) and he promised us that the car would be done on the same day we dropped it off but that he would put us in a loaner just in case. We dropped the car off at 10:30 AM, the car would not be started until the late afternoon. I called back the next day around noon figuring the car must be done since I dropped it off in the morning the day prior and was promised it would be done same day. Well the car was still not done, I was told the tech had the bumper and everything backoff to replace the fan around 5:30PM and that it should be done soon and I would be called once it was done. Instead of waiting around on people that had a hard time calling us with updates we made the executive decision to drive down there around 3PM. Once we got there we inquired about where the car was, we were told that it was just in cleanup and that we could leave to get some food and they would call when it was done. By this point we were fed up and decided to walk around and see if we could find the car sitting around. While we were doing that the receptionist came back out and told us the advisor was going to check on the car in cleanup and find out exactly when it would be done. She found the car and told us it is still dirty (I will have to clay bar the car to get the paint nice and clean again, something their cleanup would not have done anyway) and that it was next to be cleaned but if we wanted to take it we could. So that's what we did. Now for the fun part that requires me the customer to fix their mistakes. I got home and decided to inspect the car because I noticed when the advisor drove up that there was a MASSIVE gap between the hood and fender. She assured me they did not touch the fenders. Yet when I got home I noticed that the alignment bolts were way off. Not only that but the front bumper had a massive gap between it and the hood. I can't upload pictures here but there are some on

Brandon Collision is wonderful to work with! The staff are friendly. The repairs took a little longer than expected but mechanics and other workers are very thorough. They made sure everything was right before I picked it up.As much as I don't want to have to use them again, I only plan on using them in the future!

Not an honest organization. I really don't appreciate being lied to. I told multiple times they would get back to me and the final time you I was told would reach back out to me was on 1 Aug 23 in the morning, as I told you a text would even be fine, just wanted the status status of my truck. My truck has been at your location since 19 June 23 and I am having to chase you down for information, as to the status, which is unacceptable. I called today and ask to speak with my rep, but of course her and the manager were out today, which is not surprising. I promise this will be the last time Brandon Collision will ever repair any vehicle I have. This has been the worst customer communication that I have ever experienced.Chris Watson

They dont even deserve 1 star. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST. DO NOT LET GEICO TAKE YOUR CAR TO BRANDON COLLISION. My car was there for 2 months. I dont mind the wait but during that time the communication was awful. Carlos and Cindy were very unprofessional and they really don't care about customers. I little better communication would have made a huge difference. I called several times and left voicemails to no response. I also texted them and again no response. They do not care about their customers. When i picked up the car I let them know about my experience and the lady said they know and are aware that they do not have good communication with their clients. If you know this then fix it! THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE WITH ANY COMPANY. JUST AWFULServices: Steering & suspension repair

If i could give them 0 stars i would. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT SEND YOUR CAR HERE. They even told me themselves they have cars that have been there since February of LAST YEAR and they have had my car for over a month and have been lying saying they were working on it, parts were in, and my car was ready for the painting. I go to the shop today because i was told my car will be sent into painting by the end of the week (5/30/23). I finally find my car and absolutely NOTHING was done to my car! My car still looks the same as it did when my car got with Brandon Collision. And the mechanics and office people looked at me as if i was the problem for figuring out why my car was taking so long. DO NOT COME HERE! Geico got my car out of there quick!

They were super helpful with my Honda that I bought from the Ford Dealership. The only complaint is if the issue was more challenging, no one could explain the process to get it fixed at a Honda dealership since it was Brandon Ford Certified.

I took care of moms dealing with getting her car repaired after someone backed into her..another local business jacked her around and said her paperwork flew out the door on a windy day after waiting for two weeks for an estimate. I called Brandon Collision and was told they had many cars that needed repair and were told they would work her in since it was a smaller job..they promptly got the tow truck to get her car the next morning after speaking to them very late the day before..they were on the phone and called and kept me on the loop on her car and if I called to check on, I ALWAYS had a call back the same day..Chad was amazing and very professional to work with, I cannot say enough about him..he treated us like a customer deserves to be treated...he did not keep is on the dark about anything and when parts were ordered he let us know and how long we were looking at..the Car was actually ready before the estimated time, actually two weeks before...Thanks again for taking great care of us and taking away the stress we had while working with the other car place before we called you...highly recommend!

Took almost 3 weeks from the time they got my car to even look at it to provide an estimate. They went ahead with repairing cosmetic damage before testing for the damage to the steering which further delayed the process causing us to go past our rental coverage which they would only end up partially covering. And upon getting the vehicle back I discovered they broke the clips that hold the driver side controls on the door that was not broken prior to them receiving the vehicle.

Denny from Brandon Collision is so nice and super attentive! He seems to genuinely care about your situation. I didn’t get her name but the lady at the front desk is very sweet too. I recommend to anyone looking to get their car fixed!
