Just purchased my 4th vehicle from Brandon Ford, this time a 2025 F-250, and once again they knocked it out of the park. Captain Rob Collins is outstanding—knowledgeable, honest, and never pushy. Jake one of the sales managers had run a credit check on a truck my husband was interested in purchasing , he was approved on the loan and the truck was put on hold. While on his way to pick it up at the dealership Jake sold it to someone that walked in the door. Very unethical. Save your self an unfortunate experience and take your business eslewhere. The only explanation we were given when we arrived at the dealership was it was very unfortunate but they sold the truck to someone else. This experience is surprising since they strive for 5 stars. Customer service and attention to detail is not offered here. Buyer be ware.

Easy 5 Star Review! Worked a lot with Tommy Shelly and he was nothing but knowledgeable and honest about my specific preferences and budget! He was an amazing help in explaining each and every detail to me that so I was very aware of what exactly I was purchasing. Lastly, Mr. Shelly was phenomenal in ensuring that the vehicle I was inspecting was completely safe and well-kept maintenance so that my purchase was as reliable as possible! Would definitely recommend handling Car interest with him!
