Tony De Leon is the best salesman me and my partner have ever dealt with. He treated us like family when we walked into the door and he definitely went above and beyond our expectations, his costumer service was amazing we never experienced this with any other salesman. Thanks to Tony I was able to walk out today with a car!** 2016 Mercedes-Benz CLA 250 4matic **- Shy & Jenni :)

I called the dealership today regarding a used 2019 Mercedes E300 they had listed for $25,852. I spoke with Frank and asked about any additional fees that may be associated with the vehicle and was assured it was just a $995.00 dealership fee. I explained to Frank is he certain as I have recently had foot surgery and would need to bring someone with me who could drive the vehicle. Frank again insisted there were no additional fees, I again in exact words said Frank listen I am at the moment on a knee scooter and to get out the house and get a ride there is a pain and I do not want to waste his and or my time. I said are there any additional required fees before I go through the hassle and he said "Jose no fees but the $995 dealership fee" I said perfect I will be in at 5:30pm and he said great see you then. I arrive at the tiny dealership which is very hard to navigate on a knee scooter as it's very rocky and was told Frank is in and out and Zaza would assist me. Perfect, not a problem, Zaza was nice enough to bring the car around seeing the lot is not very convenient for wheel chairs and or knee scooters. I look over the car and Zaza says did Frank inform you of the $3,995.00 Mitsubishi advantage which is required and I said no he told me 7 times there was only a $995 dealer fee! Zaza said no there is a $3995 advantage on top of the $995 dealer fee. I was visibly upset and informed him I asked Frank numerous times regarding fees and I wasted my time coming down which is very difficult in my current condition and now it is time wasted. Zaza said I wish he would have told you so we didn't waste our F@&$ing time. Listen, I don't mind the language part as I am a grown man and curse words don't offend me. I was very upset I had to wheel myself to the dealership, have someone come that can test drive the car, deal with the pain of my surgically repaired ankle, all for nothing. Trust me folks, don't buy into the internet pricing on the vehicles they have listed. This place is a scam, and they do NOT care about its potential customers, especially those temporarily handicapped who literally have to make a production of getting out the house into a car, line up someone to test drive, get out the car, have someone get the scooter out the trunk, and scoot around this terrible lot, all for nothing. I even made Frank aware it's very inconvenient for me to move around right now in my current situation and was falsely informed we were good to go. So frustrated, and I will be contacting Mitsubishi corporate, as well as several other advocates in the coming days. Please stay far from this dealership.

Brandon Mitsubishi lures you in with their enticingly low prices, only to reveal their true intentions once you inquire about the cost. Suddenly, they present you with these flimsy tapes haphazardly stuck to the car door, claiming it's a necessary measure to safeguard the paint from accidental bumps. They expect this feeble justification to account for a staggering $3000 disparity from the initial internet price. What a blatant scam!Mitsubishi executives should launch an undercover investigation to see how this, buy-here-pay-here like dealer, misrepresents their brand!

Beware of Brandon Mitsubishi - Dishonesty, Mechanical Problems, and Deceptions Galore!I feel compelled to share my horrific experience with Brandon Mitsubishi to save others from the misery I am currently enduring. This dealership is a prime example of everything that can go wrong when you put your trust in a car dealership. From the very beginning, they lured me in with false promises and blatant deception about the vehicle's history. The car was brought from an auction with a front end collision, didn't turn on, they fixed, are hiding it and didn't tell me about it at all. They conveniently "forgot" to mention the accident the car I financed and they also forgot to mention subsequent repairs they did to make it seems as if the car was in a used like new condition. This is not a minor oversight; it's a blatant violation of trust and the Florida state law.The mechanical problems with the car I purchased from Brandon Mitsubishi are a never-ending nightmare. It's as if the car was a ticking time bomb waiting to fall apart. The check engine light became a permanent fixture on my dashboard, and it's not because I'm an expert at misusing cars. Poor acceleration, engine hesitation, and strange revving sounds have become the soundtrack of my daily commute. The icing on the cake? The air conditioner that blows hot air at the worst possible times, coupled with a toxic freon-like smell that made me and my family nauseous and dizzy.Let's not forget the issue of the gas-guzzling beast this car turned out to be. It's as if it has an insatiable thirst for fuel, and I'm not driving like a maniac. I can't afford to be refilling my tank every other day!To make matters worse, there's this weird gunk and oil residue all over the radiator, and it's suspiciously wet around the area behind it. It's almost like they knew something was wrong but conveniently "missed" disclosing it.But the real kicker is the dealership's complete lack of loyalty and communication. They promised to get back to me within a reasonable timeframe and failed miserably. My calls and concerns were ignored, and when they did finally decide to respond, it was with empty promises and excuses.Brandon Mitsubishi appears to be a dealership that preys on unsuspecting customers, milking them for all they're worth while delivering vehicles with hidden defects and a trail of broken promises. This experience has been a nightmare, and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. In summary, if you value your sanity, your wallet, and your peace of mind, stay as far away from Brandon Mitsubishi as humanly possible. This dealership is a prime example of how not to do business, and I implore you to heed my warning and look elsewhere for your car-buying needs and remember these laws you never know when you might need them. "As-Is Sales" and the disclosure of material defects in used vehicles is primarily governed by the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA), which is found in Chapter 501, Part II of the Florida Statutes, specifically Florida Statutes Section 501.204"Motor Vehicle Warranty Enforcement Act," specifically Florida Statutes Section 681.102. This statute outlines the requirements for warranties on motor vehicles and includes provisions related to disclosure of vehicle history and vehicle condition. Under this statute, dealerships are obligated to provide accurate and truthful information about the condition and history of the vehicles they sell. When a dealership fails to disclose relevant information about a vehicle's history, such as accident history or major repairs, it may be in violation of this statute, and consumers may have legal recourse to seek remedies for the misrepresentation.

Bought a brand new Mitsubishi Outlander on 4/8/23. Had an excellent salesman that I was told is no longer there so this is in no way a reflection on him. Called the GM Lou on Sunday October 1, 2023 to inquire about another vehicle and he wasn't working said he would call the husband today October 2, 2023. Waited and waited nothing. Husband finally text him around noon he text back and said he was in a netting would call with the out the door price as we told him we would be paying cash when we spoke on Sunday. He text my husband and said he would have someone call him with the pricing we waited and waited again nothing. I called around 4:30pm and spoke to Vincent telling him the situation and that we are buying a car this week cash and if they didn't want to sell us one just let us know. He spoke to Lou after I told him I didn't want to speak w him and said he will call you I said I am 45 mins away and this is ridiculous that I have to drive over for a price. My intentions were to head over and let them know exactly how I felt but then I thought why waste my time and diesel to drive 45 mins each way so I instead reached out to a couple other dealerships and am going to look elsewhere. If you don't take care of the customers that actually had a great experience the first time how do you expect them to return? There are several things wrong with my outlander that again was new and only 6 months old now (plastic piece on my door locked popped off, the leather by the gear shifter is not tight wrinkles are in it, the radio has shut off for no reason whatsoever while driving multiple times). My daughter is 9 months pregnant and is using it so I can't schedule it to be corrected yet but as soon as she has this baby any day and I get the car back I will go back there for the oil change and to have them repair these issues, but I will never purchase anything else from them whatsoever. This was unacceptable, we simply asked for an out the door price which if you are there in person it literally takes them 10 minutes to present you with numbers so out of an entire work day no one could take that time to call us back. Sale and customer lost.... Great job Brandon Mitsubishi!
