Today we had the pleasure of working with Jordan at International in Tampa. He took great care to work WITH us. He was not pushy. He showed us many different watches and bands based on what we were looking for. His close attention to detail and care made this quite an enjoyable experience. Buy local, support local: you get the best service when you need it.I bought a chronomat from Victoria as the sales rep. She was very helpfull with great follow up.The ceramic knob had a problem : (user related ) and need to be replaced . Larry agreed to do it free of charge . The watch went to Breitling and was not returned for 6 months due to parts supply chain issue. Larry replaced the watch with a new one!If you want good customer service when you have a problem : Buy local from a shop where the manager is willing to help like Larry did in this case.

I really wanted to make this Breitling Boutique my “main” boutique for Breitling watches, but I simply can’t say so. The 2nd time I went in the store I ordered a watch band for my super ocean in October. I checked every two weeks or so for an update and it just wasn’t coming in. I understand shipping delays are out of hand sometimes, but it would have been faster ordering it online. I went all the way until December, 2 whole months at that point, until I called to say I wanted to cancel that order. I was told it was going to be canceled by the end of that same day because it was busy, but it never was canceled. I then got a call from the person I was dealing with a few days later saying it had arrived after over two months of waiting. So the band order was not actually cancelled as I had asked. In addition to that when they tried processing the refund that day, I was told they were not able to do it, so they would mail a check. It’s been almost 3 weeks since I was told this and still NO CHECK! It is now the 10th of January, and since around the 21st of October I had no band in time for when I wanted and no refund.The first time I went into the store I went in specifically looking for a top time mustang. I was shown the one in store and was ready to buy it immediately, but was told it was being held for someone else. I ended up going to the Orlando boutique same day to buy it instead as we were there for dinner anyway, but wish he had called back sooner to let me know that the other client did not want it. It’s bad business etiquette to show items on hold making you think it’s not going to be available.

Professionalism , caring and class .. suggestion on alternative that was based on their care. When the alternative was actually less expensive . This is customer service at its core. Spend the time to understand my desires both financially and aesthetically and try to help me arrive at a decision that I am delighted about.Highly recommend and well worth the drive.Ps .
