This is definitely more of a community than a gym. I signed up for a membership at the JCC North and we get four free passes a month to go to this JCC. I really wish it was closer, because I looked at the schedule of exercise classes and wow there are a lot. They are at all hours and all different types. It's phenomenal. The day I went there was some sort of coffee happy hour happening with coffee and food. It really looks like they're trying to build a community here, which is great. The woman working the front desk was so friendly. They have locker rooms that have keypads on the locks, which made them really easy to use. The towels are great and they have blow dryers, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, the standard stuff. At 5:30 p.m. on a Monday it wasn't crowded at all. The gym is on the smaller side, it wraps around the indoor track/basketball court, but for the amount of people there it doesn't seem small at all. I walked on a treadmill and used the free weights. I passed by the cafe, which had a small but mighty looking menu. I would definitely stop by and grab a bite here. I've also attended a gala and a conference here before and I found them both well done. There's tons of parking, with a guard (only one entrance off of Howard).

It's not only a gymnasium it's a family center. I've been in many gyms in my life BUT none can compare to JCC. Very friendly people that make you feel special. All areas are super clean and fantastic hours to attend at your convenience. Tip my hat to JCC...

I joined their gym a few months ago. Reasonably priced at $76 a month, plus a yearly $59 security fee (pays for guard in guard shack and security officer on premises). It's clean. They have updated gym equipment, an indoor track, basketball/pickleball courts, coffee shop, nice locker rooms, a pool with lap lanes, plenty of group fitness classes for all ages and fitness levels, and the front-desk folks always greet you and say good-bye to you with a smile! There are social gatherings as well. In the gym, there are plenty of clean towels to use and gym wipes for the equipment at several stations. Most people are good at wiping down the equipment after use too.

I just joined and this place is amazing! It is so much more than a gym. The locker rooms are really nice, there are tons of amenities, the pool is awesome, and the equipment in the fitness center is brand new and high quality. The group class schedule is very robust, and the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. I'm so glad I finally looked into joining after my last gym (Anytime Fitness on Kennedy) closed a few weeks ago. This place is soooo much nicer, and just as convenient.

I joined in 2022 and hired my trainer Cody this past February (pictured). I have found a community here and would recommend it to anyone seeking a vibe of family and community!

I've hosted 2 events at the JCC and they are amazing. The communication of the staff is great and the facility itself is beautiful. I feel like for the rental and food is industry standard. If you want screens they are extra along with the main stage spotlight. There is also parking attendants which is additional they make you add. Overall it is a beautiful place that has great service.

Absolutely shocking gym...I'd sooner get fat than ever go here again...all machines are old and looks like they try and replace then with old second hand worthless ones...need to sell up...the staff are overpaid and useless...if I could give a minus star I would....my friend Gavin went there and tried putting on muscle but the machines are that poor he lost muscle and is to slow...my other friend Owen wasn't let in because he was a chelsea fan..bit ironic considering the glazers care as much about chelsea as they do about utd...won't be returning and would sooner workout at the alcatraz prison gym

I went to a banquet, and the food was awful. They had overcooked and overgrown broccoli, overcooked pasta with no taste (according to my non-gluten free family members), and absolutely no choice of starch or dessert for gluten sensitive people. I only had salad, chicken, and awful broccoli for $50.

I've been coming here for five years and the staff really cares about you. Between the classes, machines, locker room, events, pool, and jacuzzi, it's really top notch. I played my first pickleball tournament today there and Emily did a fantastic job running it. I would recommend anyone who is on the fence about becoming a member, they should.
