Terrible. So sad when employees could care less about the customer or business.I rented online, needed a truck for a couple hours. Put in my credit card, and drove to the locationI get there. She starts off telling me I probably can't get my reservation, because the truck is being shipped tomorrow. So much for a reservationNext, they started hassle about not buying their insurance. So, if you rent here, bring your insurance policy (not just the card)Finally, even though the lot is 60% empty, you can't leave your car.Neither of these details are mentioned when reserving online.Terrible.

The place is amazing I never seen such great customer service. Grace and the other co worker are very professional and very kind. They got me and my husband in and out. The facility was clean and tidy. I will recommend this place to anybody I know.

I rented a car here and I must say that the service was excellent. My experience was first rate, and both Grace and Martina were professional, helpful, and kind. On top the service, the car was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this location.I have had to extend my rental several time, and I have received the same excellent service on each occasion. This is literally the best rental car experience I have had.

Budget is not a good rental place Period!!!..... I took a lyft to the first location and there was no vehicle available... rebooked my reservation, so I had to lyft to another location. The same problem... on top of all that. No compensation for inconvenience, i didn't get a rental, and the people were rude and nasty. ( except when dealing with certain people ) so money and time wasted for no reason.. I would strongly suggest going to an alternative rental company for business. I pray this helps. Be smart people

Booked a truck for last Saturday morning online. Got a call from them Saturday morning saying they had to cancel my reservation because they didn't have anything available. Three days later, my card is charged for the reservation. The place I booked couldn't help me understand it, nor issue the refund. I had to call customer service. Fine. After going round and round with customer service I had to be put on hold for at least 5 minutes only to be told it will take 7 - 10 business days for them to issue a refund for something they canceled and didn't close out properly.I will never book with them again. And I'll make sure my family and friends know not to as well.

We arrived 8/8 and having made our reservation thru Costco our niece picked us up at TPA and brought us here. There was no wait and the gentleman whochecked us in was very pleasant and thorough. He hooked us up with a new Toyota and we were on our way in no time. The car had just 1k miles on it and worked out well for both of us. We left it at the airport a week later. Everything was easy. I highly recommend using this location if you're arriving from TPA. YOU WON't regret it!

We came here after another location failed to reserve our truck for us. We explained to them what happened and they apologized for the trouble. I want to thank Juliet the most! She went above & beyond by giving us another option, providing a truck and explaining the whole process to change our reservation. Juliet is a superstar, she deserve all the recognition in the world. Because of her, we were able to move our stuff, same day. She deserves a raise! Thank you

This place is unbelievable. I made a reservation 2 months prior. They call me at 6pm the day before my reservation to tell me they can't fulfill my reservation. No explanation just oh well. No help, no nothing. No resources as to how to find help. Unreal. I'm screwed because of this place with the worst customer service of any rental place I've ever worked with. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else. I simply cannot express how ridiculous this place is in words. Run, and run away fast.

This place sucks go somewhere else. On top of the customer service sucking and the list of other things, it's pouring rain and you can't park in their parking lot you have to park down the street in someone else's parking lot. So my wife and I had to park and walk in the rain to rent a car from them.

My husband and I rented a 26' truck to move from Fl to Texas back in July. Three hours into our move, we pulled into a gas station, and the truck literally died right there. We were on the phone for HOURS on hold to get in contact with someone about this truck. The next day, a repairman was sent to check out the truck, and even he himself was on hold for an hour to relay his findings. We were told that we would receive a replacement truck, and a team to preform a swap. The next day, we receive the truck, and waited another hour and a half for the TEAM to show up. Well, only ONE guy was sent. He preformed the swap, and damaged over $2,000 worth of our stuff, which we only discovered after we unloaded our truck. After more phone calls, and hours and hours being on the phone. We were only refunded $640. We filed a claim for the damages, and long story short we were denied because we signed a piece of paper to release the truck unknowingly releasing them of any damages. The thing is, how would we have known of the damages until after we unloaded the truck. We were told it was just to release the truck. Again more phone calls, and emails trying to get this situation settled. And three months later, we lost all contact from Budget out of no where in hopes that this situation would just be swept under the rug. I later wrote a letter to the CEO, and explained my disappointment,and frustration with how this company has handled this whole situation. And surprisingly received an email back from the a budget representative about this whole ordeal, and that they were preforming an investigation. Here we are 4 months later since the initial rental, and again more passing the buck, and no resolution. All I was requesting was a full refund for the truck. I believed that was fair with everything that had happened, and was basically told that because we accepted that $640 4 months earlier, that there was nothing they could do about the reimbursement, which also was not disclosed to us. To add insult to injury, my questions were constantly avoided. For example: how a truck that is supposed to be properly inspected before being rented out, completely die just 3 hours into a trip. We have used Budget truck rentals for all of our cross country moves (3) and never had any issues until now. I've even recommended them to others. I am truly appalled about how this whole thing as been handled.And I would definitely recommend using ANOTHER moving company for your moves.

My husband and I reserved a truck here and when we showed up they had no trucks available. Apparently, they decided to give the truck away to someone else even though we came before our reserved time. Apparently, this is a normal thing for them and they do not take responsibility for not honoring the rental. I would advice not wasting your time with this company

First time doing uber car rental weekly and it seemed all nice and good to be true, attendant Juliet from new jersey did a light check on vehicle not to mention most scratches or dents want visible due to rain that afternoon, so i recorded a video of the car while she was " so called " inspectioning! Now riddle me this before you rent a vehicle they are suppose to clean and maintain vehicle in mint and maintain maintenance routinely, i wasnt aware whoever had car never did maintenance " oil change and other stuff to the vehicle, i noticed car starts to procrastinate when driving taking off sluggish so i called and brought to her attention after more than 5 times i called between previous day and that early afternoon last week, claiming that i drove the vehicle excessively and she gave me the car at 65k knowing it needed and oil change at 64k they remotely check status cause i cant check on vehicle it wont let me!! I like the uber/ avis rental but not the hospitality and hidden lies among employees, wanna keep good clientelle make your customers happy and do whats right, unbelievable. Negative -10

Rented truck in Tampa and was able to return in Riverview after hours with the app. E-Z breezy lemon squeezy.
