I didn’t realize I had to let the cashier know about my coupon before pulling up to the payment window and the unwelcoming behavior from whom I’m assuming was the shift manager and the cashier was unbelievable. I’m so sorry for making a mistake as I have never used a coupon at Burger King before but this was ridiculous, and it took less than 30 seconds for them to fix the price but they still seemed visibly annoyed with me. My food tastes fine, but those women need to check their attitudes when talking to another person. Rude for no reason.

I do not recommend buying any milkshakes. One time I bought what I thought was a strawberry milkshake, however, in reality they didn't tell me they were out and they created their own concoction. The whole smoothie was white (vanilla) and on the top of the drink in the middle there was a drop of red. Supposedly if I had stirred this it would've became a "strawberry" milkshake. It didn't taste or look like a strawberry milkshake and if they were out they should've told me before giving me something I didn't pay for. This was especially annoying since it was through the drive through as soon as I got the drink I had to get out of the other car's way. I could either rejoin the long drive through lane or come inside but I was in a rush so I left a disappointed customer.

This place smell no good. There is an unkind and bitter American worker who is quite rude and should not work there, moreover is discriminatory against other people and coworkers who do not speak English perfectly. It is not our clients' fault that he has to work on a Sunday, much less that he may be underpaid. I'm sorry but no.

I understand phone calls can be important. However, it really made me upset to be sitting in drive thru for 20+ while an employee is standing between the windows screaming into her phone the entire time. Felt like a slap in the face, you can at least take your phone call where waiting customers aren’t going to see it.The young man working the window was very polite though and the food was hot. I love the way he says we rule ??

From the last time I’ve been at this location the service and atmosphere was 100times better than usually. The manager Maria was very attentive and Dalton at the register was very respectful and had everything flowing in the back kitchen letting them know what food need to be drop. Keep up the great job.

The manager named Ana does not have even a minimum of attention to the client and even less to the workers. They speak badly to the client, to their workers as if they were dogs! She doesn't know and shouldn't lead!The attention in general is terrible just because of it, because it predisposes the workers in their day.
