The line was to long they make enough money to make them as big as a Super Walmart and then some. They also need to do better studies on there high customer volume charts.

Cashier did not even say “Thank You” at the end. Just rushing me out because the store was so busy. Charged me one item twice. I asked a lady near by if there is a customer service window. This lady said that I have to get the long waiting line again. I went back the the same register and asked if she can help me after finishing with a customer. The lady I spoke with came to me and said “I told you to get back in the line for the first place!” This lady was actually a supervisor. It was a cashier’s fault and making me to wait another 30 min!! Obviously bad customers service here. Supervisor lady was not professional and cashiers need more training.
I am a long time Burlington shopper. I never had an issue with them. But this store needs improvement. Before that, I need a money back.

11-21-2024 @ 9am I went to Burlington to return a couple items that were too small for my grandson the cashier lady was the only one there beside the security guy I was 2nd in line that cashier was very RUDE it would had been better if she had stay home or if there were more cashiers at opening I went early to be he long line Iam disable & I really didn’t expect her to give me the same Big bag I had from my other purchased items I only a spray deodorant I like courtesy not rude behavior ☹️ her name was Joanne

Recently went here… Nice and clean store… Great selection of merchandise. The fitting room attendant with the green braids was not playing …you better put that stuff back on the hanger lol (she did a great job with the customers) Found some things I really liked I will be returning again.
