Very poor attitude and behavior towards a 5-year-old boy. A female employee approached him and told him he couldn't make noise with the music he was playing, even though he was happy. He was very angry and will not visit that store again. Thank you, and please take action because children are children and deserve respect.

Burlington at Citrus Park is a fantastic place to shop, offering great deals and a wide selection across clothing, home goods, and accessories. The store is well-organized, clean, and easy to navigate, making the shopping experience very comfortable. I always find quality items at amazing prices, and the seasonal collections are especially impressive. The staff is friendly, helpful, and quick to assist whenever needed, which really adds to the overall experience. Checkout is smooth, and the store is consistently well-stocked. This location has become one of my favorite stops for affordable, stylish finds. Highly recommend Burlington at Citrus Park!

I’m extremely disappointed with the way this store handled a serious situation. My boyfriend was injured while shopping here yesterday. He didn’t report it right away because he was focused on stopping the bleeding and managing his injury, which was actively bleeding at the time. I called first thing this morning to report what happened and was shocked by the way the manager handled the situation.
The first time I called, she actually hung up on me while I was saying “hello” several times. When I called back, she finally took the information, but at no point was she empathetic, kind, or professional. She never once apologized or showed any concern for what happened. Instead, she was dismissive and even belittled him for not mentioning it while he was still in the store and then told me that since we had already left, “nothing could be done.” When in reality, I was just calling to report a major safety hazard.
My boyfriend now has three swollen toes and had been bleeding for hours after a base disconnected from a stool he was putting back that they had stored on a top shelf and crushed his foot through his sneaker. He is very active and this injury will absolutely affect him for the time being. What makes this worse is the lack of care or compassion from someone in a management position. I work in the corporate world myself, and I can confidently say this is not how you handle a situation involving a customer injury — or any customer concern, for that matter.
We shop here often and spend hundreds of dollars regularly, but after this experience, I’m genuinely disappointed and questioning whether we’ll ever return.

After having had an excellent experience throughout the store while we were looking for the merchandise, when we arrived at the cashier, the supervisor Estefany was the worst thing that could have happened to us with a bad attitude, rude, twisting her eyes only because we decided to place the email after having said that not two minutes passed damages everything all the good attitude we had inside the store people like her should not be in that position

This store opens at 9AM however you can not access the fitting rooms until 10AM. Why???Either open at 10am OR allow access to the fitting rooms when you open at 9AM. On top of that employee who was at the fitting room station was extremely rude yelling at me regarding I could not try on my items until 10AM. Not necessary as the customer to be treated so rudely. Highly unlikely I’ll return to shop here - take money and shop elsewhere.

I was reminded today why I avoid retailers like Burlington. I purchased some kitchen towels here a couple days ago and went in today to return them. When I purchased the towels, they didn’t have a tag and they were the last one with that pattern, so the associate asked me if I could bring her another one that was similar. She ended up scanning one similar, and when I came in to return it, it caused an issue. I also had my receipt that clearly showed that another set of kitchen towels were scanned. I explained to them that their cashier scanned a similar towel instead of this one. The manager on duty said she’ll make an exception this one time, but not again, which I thought was weird since I didn’t do anything wrong. She ended up only giving me a certain amount back to my card and the rest was put on a gift card, even after I explained to her that I never paid with a gift card, only my debit card. I even said multiple times that I have a phone number with them if they wanted to enter it to see my account information and each time it was ignored. Overall, very poor customer service, a messy store with product all over the floors, and a team that barely speaks English.
