I give it 1 star because there is no - 10 because I have felt very bad with the attention received by the worker Denise who was at cashier 3, since we entered I treat my daughters with a bad attitude because they sat in an unauthorized place without having Empathy because they are girls, not even letting me know first so I can take them off. After that, my husband was trying on some shoes and the alarm went off and she was the one who came to see what was happening as if one I was doing it on purpose, after that when we are going to pay the worker Denise removes the girl who was at the cash register to charge us, it felt a little strange and for no reason, in my items to buy I had a package of some of toy girls and the box was broken from the beginning and she could not scan for her purchase and she ordered us to look throughout the store for the broken part, obviously we were not going to find it and my husband was I went to see if there were more of the same ones, since I didn't have any others, she abruptly told us no, that we had to take the broken one because the girl stole the box, something that was already there, it offended me and it bothered me a lot because it's not true and In case it was, it's not the attitude or manner, I asked her when I finished my purchase if I could talk to a manager, she told me that she is the only manager there is, I asked her for her name. someone else and she tells me that she doesn't know, well I feel very offended, discriminated against and hurt because she doesn't know with the sacrifice that one is going to buy her things to be treated like that and attacked with that rudeness or attitudes. Horrible costumer service... Pretty clean and the cashiers were super friendly. This was definitely nice to experience since most other ones the staff appear to be over worked.

I just got back from Burlington and I'm so disgusted. I waited in line for a long time to check out even though there were only two customers ahead of me. There were four cashiers, two were working and two were chatting and giggling not paying attention to clients.
One of the clients, an older lady, forgot something in the store, she left her purchases with the young cashier and went to get the missing item, coming back after a really long time.
I waited patiently (with two kids) and then it was my turn. I paid for the groceries, two steps later I realized that the cashier had not cashed one t-shirt, so I turned back.
The cashier told me to wait in line again due to the store policy (and this time it was a really
long line) even though I had already waited my turn and paid just two seconds before.
As you can see, this is not a store where all customers are treated fairly and politely. I wonder how they distinguish who deserves to be treated like the old lady and who deserves to be treated like me, mother with children.

Horrible experience. Long line of people and the employees want to stand there and talk. When it's finally your turn. The girl shuts off her light and leaves the register. RUDE. Another employee mentioned she should ring people up but she walked away anyway. I put my items on the counter and left. Management really needs to do some training.
