The session went really well. They had the formal clothes ready, the cap and gown ready and some really nice backgrounds. As far as the process I would highly recommend them. They seemed to be very well organized.
I will admit that I was surprised that we paid $200 just for the photo session that didn't even last an hour (More than $200/hour). This being our 4th graduate and dealing with different photographers in the past, typically we wouldn't get charged $200 for a session AND THEN charge an additional $200-$3000 for photo packages. Historically, I have see the two be incorporated into each other.
It was terribly disappointing when I asked about the $200 already spent and that it didn't count towards any packages at all.

Oren made us feel welcome the moment we arrived. I was able to select the scenes I wanted and redo any poses. Oren made sure I was happy with the results. I am very appreciative of the quality of the photos and the ease I felt taking them.

My session was scheduled in September, great. The viewing session a month later. No issue. Hurricane Milton hit. They canceled my session in OCT. told me the only available appointment they have is December. I asked can I just buy the pictures online like most can. NO. I must have a presentation before I can buy. December 22 2024. 3 months AFTER they took the photos. I'll lose my 199 I already paid for the session. OK. Just let me buy ONLINE. CRAZY

I enjoy the service and hospitality that you ALL provided. All the staff was supportive and i felt did a wonderful job moving the Seniors a lone. Clean and friendly space.

I have never felt so upset in my life. The experience I had in this place was bad. Customer service was horrible, very pricey, very restricted, you can not even pick your pictures. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

I’m so dishearten and feel completely bamboozled. I chose cady because they are affiliated with the school. It seemed easier than hiring a private photographer. I also thought they would have the best prices. I paid $400 for the elite session. While that experience and the staff were great that day, they hand you a pamphlet on your way out with the prices. A decent package is $2k. What!!! That is more than a wedding photographer and they release all the images to you. I’m out $400 and still have to find and hire a new photographer. Further more I did not see any pricing on the website and they didn’t provide anything to the students during their 2hr presentation either. Called and talked to a supervisor. Not willing to make it right.
