I had my bumper repaired after a car accident, and they did an amazing job! The work was done perfectly & my car looks brand new again. The staff was professional, friendly, and kept me updated throughout the process. I’m really happy with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing car repairs!

My car was not fixed correctly the first time. They didn’t insect my car at all. My seatbelts were not replaced and were still locked from the accident. My car wouldn’t start so I know the car was not checked to make sure the airbags and safety system had no damages or errors that needed to be repaired or replaced. I don’t feel that car will be repaired correctly and safe to drive once I get it back.

I went to Caliber Collision to get an estimate after having a car accident. The Receptionist/Clerk was very friendly and helpful! The claims adjuster, Patrick, was also very friendly, helpful and professional! I had my estimate in less than 20 minutes and an appointment scheduled to have the repairs completed! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CALIBER COLLISION!

I recently had my vehicle repaired at Caliber Collision, and the experience was absolutely infuriating. From start to finish, the lack of quality control, accountability, and communication made this process far more difficult than it should have been.
Upon my initial pickup, it was immediately clear that their workmanship was careless and subpar:
• A paint drip on a freshly painted part
• Deep gouges on the bumper that were simply painted over
• Scratched trim pieces
• Significant scuffs on the rear interior of my SUV
These were obvious defects that should have been caught long before I was handed back my vehicle, yet somehow they passed through their so-called quality control process. Because of their negligence, I had to return the vehicle for additional repairs—an inconvenience that never should have been necessary.
However, the most egregious issue was the damage to my moonroof sunshade, which I discovered after the first pickup. When closing the sunshade (which was open when I picked it up), I found 10+ holes in it—damage that was absolutely not there when I dropped off my vehicle. Given that my car is less than two years old and has been meticulously maintained, there is zero doubt that this occurred while in Caliber Collision’s possession. Yet, instead of owning up to their mistake, they flat-out refused to repair it, stating they “could not determine how the damage was caused.” This is completely unacceptable. Whether it was a careless technician, improper handling, or sheer negligence, the fact remains: they damaged my vehicle and refused to take responsibility.
To make matters worse, their communication throughout the process was abysmal. We received no proactive updates and had to call multiple times just to get basic information about the status of our repairs.
If I could give them zero stars, I would. Their disregard for quality, failure to take accountability, and overall incompetence make them a shop I would strongly warn others to avoid.
UPDATE: After the response below, I was contacted by the GM for this location. They paid for a diagnostic by the dealership, which documented that this was caused by the repair. Despite this report documenting that Caliber caused the issue, the Regional Manager declined to pay for the repairs.

I needed a bumper replacement and caliber collision on Nebraska Ave. did a great job for a fair price. They communicated with me regularly on the repair progress and also helped coordinate pick up and drop off of my rental which was a huge time saver and helped me get to and from work on time. It was a good an experience as a car repair can be!
