Today I called in and spoke with a nice guy named Jordan. I have recently purchased a new to me car and wanted to get some minor issues touched up. He was very respectful and gave me different options to fit my budget. I normally don’t write reviews but when the service is good I believe others should know. Great job and thank you, I will be considering the service we discussed.

Lazy people. I took my car to this place after hitting a large rock. There were two issues they said weren’t related to the accident. When I hit the rock, the fuel gauge needle dropped to E (empty), all the dashboard warning lights came on, and the sunroof started acting crazy. Possibly an electrical issue caused by the impact. They say it wasn’t caused by the accident, as if they were there. GEICO also hasn’t provided a solution. In other words, I’m screwed. Don’t go to that place — I came in with one problem and they only fixed part of the damage.

I do not recommend using caliber collision at inner Bay Tampa. I brought in my vehicle in the middle of April for a small fender bender repair. When I came to pick it up the first time they tried to pass off as acceptable work which it was unacceptable work.
The lines did not match up and the trunk stuck when it opened.
They said that they would take care of it and that they would buy a new trunk lid. That’s nice of them, we will call you when it comes in. Two plus weeks I called to find out what’s up, oh it will be here on Tuesday and we will let you know you can drop it your car off and it will only take one day. Dropped it off a week and half later and come to pick up later that day and once again work was unacceptable. You had large gap on one side the lights didn’t line up. They put me in rental car for two plus weeks while they tried to do it right for the third time.
Finally they, it’s acceptable after three months later.
When I came to pick up someone would walk it with me to make sure the work was good the first two time. This third time the old man Bill just handed me my keys and was not professional about it and wasn’t very pleasant to deal with.
If you have USAA I do not recommend to use Caliber Collision. Do yourself a favor and take it to someone else.
