Customer service was excellent and my repair was completed on time. They informed me by text the status and as it got closer to the date, I was contacted by phone. I am very pleased with the repair work, my car looks new…the paint job is marvelous.

Communication was excellent - always felt in the loop. The staff were friendly to work with. My car ended up being ready over a week ahead of schedule and they helped return my rental for me so that I didn't have to. My 2013 beetle tdi was good as a new when I picked her up and it was clear that they treated her very well.

My car got fix here this place have no costumer service at all. They painted the front bumper of my car and the color don't match all they did was give excuses and did not fix the problem I will not recommend this place to no on.

Collision Caliber on Anderson is awesome! They do some great work! My car looked brand new. They also did a great job with daily texts on updates to my car. Questions were also answered when asked!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone that may have damage to their vehicle. Thank you! I’m happy to have my car back!
