My experience, I'll tell you about my experience! I'm never going anywhere else again! I got a flat tire on the interstate and had to be towed, went to Callaghan Tire, was immediately addressed and taken care of by the most polite staff ever, they were actually concerned about my safety and my vehicle. Refreshing! They not only had me in and out of there in 32 minutes with a brand new balance tire on my truck, but they told me about their amazing roadside service and do not call AAA next time call them directly and they will come straight to you and change the tire on the spot! Where the hell else are you going to find that today! This Crew is amazing and could not have been more polite! God bless you you have my business forever

When I tell you the service is A1 I mean that with my whole chest.
Rome, right away took care on me and had me on my way and still able to make it to work on time.
Some people are nice, and some are above and beyond good hearted. He is one of those ones. He helped me to make a decision on what I needed for my truck, I felt good about my purchase, and even better knowing the work that was being done was not only with high standards, but with care for me and the safety of my family. He got a customer for life with me!

Rome is the man. Tire went flat on the freeway, pulled off at a gas station. He saw me struggling with the spare and played Good Samaritan. Great, helpful guy.

After being turned away by seven different places - from tire shops to boat and motorcycle shops - I was pretty close to giving up hope on getting my Yakima trailer tire replaced. It felt like every place had their own reason or excuse for not being able to help me out. I even got told by motorcycle shops that I needed to buy a special kayak trailer tire that, oddly enough, they didn't even carry.
Just when I was about to throw my hands up in defeat and possibly chuck my tire and rim into the nearest dumpster, I decided to try my luck at Callaghans, fingers crossed for a different outcome. To my delight, Regina welcomed me right away and quickly checked with her team. After a string of no's, it felt amazing to finally hear a yes - and without any excuses, no less! The technician, whom I fondly call Tire Crusher (I didn't catch his real name), assessed my tire and rim. Instead of using a machine, he opted for a more direct approach using crowbars and pure muscle to remove the old tire. Then, with equal force and a helper by his side, he got the new tire on the rim. Just like that, we were set to hit the road again.
I couldn't be more grateful. Huge shoutout to the fantastic team for their hard work and for being such a welcoming shop!

Quick tire change although the inside mainly the waiting area could use a lot of love and it would've helped to have a working bathroom. What person with any type of dignity would want to work here?
