I would not use this collision center if you expect any timely effort to get your vehicle repaired. 11 days+ and they haven't even begun checking for parts availability for repair on my vehicle after my estimate. Furthermore, the estimator ignored my concerns about the drivability of the vehicle for safety. I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere.Update:That's not the issue here, you haven't even BEGUN checking for parts. Meaning you've done NOTHING on your end. Details matter, you need to do better.

My truck was in a finder binder in the parking lot at Publix 7/2023, which was not my fault. The person hit me I went through her insurance, so I wouldn't have to pay. I was informed to contact Joe Hudson Collison on 301 & Adamo drive Tampa Fl. I was pleased at the service at first , with the fast service of what needed to be done to repair my brand new Nissan Pathfinder 2022 . Estimated I need paint and bumper replacement, So the paint job was done only. I needed my truck back after 5 days because Joe Collison wasn't sure when the bumper would arrive. Conract Joe Collison in September 2023 to check the staus of bumper . I was in informed they will call me back with the staus, call was received the same-day and voice-mail was left by a man stated your bumper was received but arrived damaged . This was September 2023 we will contact when it comes in. I haven't heard anything about my bumper since September 2023, only a voice-mail . Here it's January 22,2024. No calls no voice-mail. I don't like how business ? was done here very unprofessional be a person of your word, I wouldn't recommend no family member or friends to Joe Collison on 301 & Adamo Tampa, Fl. I have no choice but to take this as a loss, by not receiving my bumper, because I refuse to be lied to . The insurance company Allstate already paid them, so that's probably why they can careless about my service anymore. Just be aware of true scams there out .

Wife's car was "ugly" according to my wife since the accident but Mitch at Joe Hudson's Collision change the way she look at her "beautiful" car now. Good service and great correspondence with text/phone calls regarding updates.

In the event that you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of needing your automobile repaired due to collision damage, I highly recommend Joe Hudson's! This was the absolute best experience that I have ever had with a repair shop. I was absolutely dreading the process just based on previous experience with other companies. However, they were extremely accommodating and worked quickly with my insurance company. I never had to call and check on the progress once. They kept me in the loop via text and phone calls. I was able to get picked up by the rental car company (who they called for me), and I was able to leave the rental car when I picked up my car without any inconvenience. Overall, the service, quality of work, and turnaround time were outstanding. I hope that I won't have a need for them again in the future, but in the event that I do, this shop will definitely be my go-to place!

Had to take my car there after someone hit in the parking garage. Did a great job, very friendly and my vehicle looks great. They kept it clean on the inside.

They did fix my car nicely and were always calling me giving me updates. I was just upset with how long I had to wait for them to begin fixing my car. Took a little over 2 weeks before they began work.

The work they performed in repairs was top notch. The issues I have 1: Lady on the phone said there would be no out-of-pocket cost. The insurance covered it all. She lied, It was $1500 out of pocket when I picked up the car. It took almost 40 days to repair the vehicle.2: I received a toll bill in the amount of $123.65 When I tried to call To ask a question to the dissatisfied customer number to contact Wendy Patrick, she was unavailable and the voicemail box was full and cannot except any other messages. Same thing when I called the actual collision center number. ” mailbox is full and cannot accept any messages at this time”.All of these toll bills occurred during the 40 days the vehicle was in their possession!I understand they may have had to drive the car for some reason. But I should not be responsible for the toll bill they incurred by driving the vehicle.

Used for an insurance claim. Took over a month to get in, but that wasn't their fault, a lot of accidents. They were informative, knowledgeable, available, and courtesy. They had a link for me to follow their progress. They did an excellent job with repairs and communicating with my insurance. A day after i picked up upon completion, it was poring rain. When I turned on my windshield wipers, one shook and stopped working. I called them. They told me to come down as soon as I could, and they fixed it right away and extremely fast. We will definitely use them if needed in the future.

I’ve seen many reviews which made us skeptical of this business after the fact. But after having experienced first hand their customer service (thanks Randy and staff) i can say that they restored our car to just like brand new condition. The delay in parts did wear on us a bit but it wasn’t their fault. I’m in the services industry so I understand when significant parts delays occur out of their control. Took about 3 months total. Tesla parts have had a reputation for this even before the pandemic. The staff was more than considerate when i made frequent requests for status, never becoming impatient with our inquiries. So do not lose heart when you see a bad review or two on various platforms. They are a safe bet for your repair needs. Thx again Randy, Jay and team.Services: Painting

I'm surprised to see so many low ratings. My experience with the Joe Hudson on Adamo drive was very positive. They were polite, helpful, professional, and completed the work in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

The employee that did the inspection of my automobile told me straight up that once I left my vehicle with them I had no say about where they sourced the parts from and they do use junk yards. As we talked more he informed me that if there were a problem with the part after the repair I would have to take it up with the junk yard.I decided to take my automobile to Weldons Body shop in Plant City. So far Weldons has been wonderful. I would highly recommend them.
