“Great experience all around! I had a rug cleaned and they went above and beyond and actually cleaned it twice to ensure it was perfect. Pick up and delivery make it so convenient. My mother and I have also purchased several new rugs from Shiraz and have been very happy. Thank you for a great job and a fair price.”

“Excellent carpet installation — job very well done! The two installers were neat, polite, quiet and skillful. While installing the new carpet, they carefully protected my newly installed laminate flooring and moved large furniture with great care. Their manners and professionalism truly stood out, and I felt they demonstrated the highest level of work ethic. My carpet is off-white, and there were absolutely no dirt spots after the installation — everything was spotless. Very trustworthy people and a very trustworthy business. Highly recommended! It is rare to find a business with such a high work ethic and trustworthy staff. If you are looking for quality results and peace of mind, I cannot recommend them enough!”

“Hanover Floors did a fantastic job installing new flooring in our townhouse. We had new carpet installed upstairs and also a bathroom and laundry closet retiled. Everyone was wonderful to work with from Madison in sales, to the project manager Tom, to the installation team. Tom was very responsive and helpful by returning to our home to take care of a few minor touch ups. The floors are beautiful and the cost was very competitive. We would definitely hire Hanover again for any future flooring or remodeling needs.”

“We had an epoxy coating put on our garage and patio floor. Both were just concrete but now they look great. The garage floor is clean and the patio looks like an extension of the family room. All of the staff we worked with at Performance Floors were professional and they did a great job. I would highly recommend them.”

“Jennifer is second to none when it comes to suggesting color schemes, patterns, and materials for tiles and flooring. During our remodeling project, we relied heavily on her advice and ended up purchasing all of our floor and bathroom tiles from Exclusive Flooring. In addition, she helped us with the calculations, estimations, and final delivery for our entire order. Many thanks!”

“Absolutely Outstanding Experience – Best Flooring Company in Tampa! I recently had my entire house remodeled with new flooring from this company, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the very first visit, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to show me different options, explained the pros and cons of each material, and helped me choose the perfect waterproof luxury vinyl plank that looks just like real hardwood—but way more practical for a busy household with kids and dogs. The installation was flawless. Their crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left the house cleaner than when they arrived. The attention to detail was incredible—no gaps, perfectly aligned patterns, and they even handled the tricky transitions between rooms like pros. It genuinely looks like a high-end custom job. The quality of the materials is top-notch, and the price was very competitive compared to the other quotes I got. What really stood out, though, was their customer service. They followed up after the job to make sure everything was perfect and even offered helpful maintenance tips. If you’re looking for new flooring in the Tampa area, do yourself a favor and call these guys. They turned my dated, worn-out floors into something beautiful and durable that I’m proud to show off. I’ve already recommended them to three neighbors and will definitely use them again for any future projects. Thank you for making the whole process stress-free and delivering results that exceeded my expectations!”

“Had a great experience with the folks at Naffco. Jay communicated every step of the way. The crew who took up the old tile and installed the new LVP were meticulous with making sure the floors were level. Also purchased 5 1/3” baseboard trim (real wood) from Naffco. Highly recommend!
