Sadly, for our 2018 Honda Accord we have needed repair work done on more than one occasion. But those mishaps had silver linings, getting connected to a body repair shop that did prompt but superb work. Carstar at Pro Auto worked seamlessly with our insurer. Staff are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They take palpable and well-deserved pride in the details of their work. They keep us informed of the progress and once they secured necessary parts the car was ready in no time, earlier than estimated. However, they were not hasty nor did they cut corners. Should we ever need minor or major body repair work done again in the future, we would not hesitate to leave our vehicle in their capable hands.

I had the best experience with Pro Auto! I took my son’s car in for a fender repair and they were very efficient, fast and very fairly priced. Further, there was no changes in the estimate given which is very rare I find from most car repair service companies. I would definitely use them again for mechanic or body repair! Judy

Everyone at Pro Auto is very friendly and it was nice they dealt directly with the insurance company to get the additional funds to pay for the damage. Sebastian did a phenomenal job on the repair. The only reason I gave a 4 star instead of a 5 star was the original timeframe to complete the job was 3-5 days and they ended up needing it for 8 days which caused a scramble not being able to drive to work or doctor appointments.

Took a little longer than estimated but this shop is who I’d recommend for anyone getting repairs. Made the process easy and even assisted me a month after repairs for something else on my car. Sebastian was really helpful.

These guys are the best!
I had a car accident, while car A was at another shop, I was using car B, that week my car B got hit while parked, the person's insurance suggested this shop. Both cars were return pretty much at the same time, with Car A, I had to return to the shop and complain about the deficient job they did, with car B, this shop, job was impeccable and outstanding, the damage was right in the middle of the 2 doors, and when car B was returned, there was no way to tell that the car was damaged, it was perfect!

Best experience I have ever had from any body shop! Sebastien made this whole experience painless. GREAT customer service, was kept up to date on everything and work done in a timely manner. A very disappointing experience. They did not meet the deadline they themselves had set, and instead of being honest, they treated us as if we were naive, giving us unbelievable excuses and constantly contradicting themselves. The lack of professionalism and seriousness was obvious. I do not recommend this shop.

I'm no stranger to customer service and skilled technicians. Over 20 years in the RV industry as a service technician first impressions are key. I immediately felt comfortable and confident leaving my Dodge Charger in the hands of Carstar Pro Collision for body repair and refinishing. Sebastian Moreau my estimator is hands down the most knowledgeable, thorough, and professional individual in the industry i have delt with. From start to finish the entire process was flawless which is very hard to come by these days. My car looks absolutely amazing and couldn't ask for anything more. They even cleaned inside and outside of my car which shows how much they provide exceptional customer service and care. I will recommend Carstar Pro to anyone looking for high quality results.
