At the Gulfport FL location on 1/15/2024 Order #1611 placed at 06:32 and picked up at 06:41 am, the service was rude and order was incorrect. Staff member after indicating to her a mistake may have been made, was told I filled the order as it came in from the app. Individual had no interest in assisting, muttered a racial slur under her breath loud enough for me to here and was not interested in correcting or assisting. ALL Pinellas FL locations are lacking true customer care. More focused on the money than the customer. Emailed and the return message was from an AI bot asking to come back to visit the arches again after this experience.

Casper's Corporation should be fired. Terrible company. All of their mcdonald's in Florida are terrible. Also, super cringe that you would shut down a mcdonalds lobby for a Christmas party. So cheap and disrespectful to employees. Caspers should be ashamed and should not bear the golden arches. Absolute cringe company.

Some one has ruined my favorite McDonald's. The sign say 6 am all week .They tell me 7. Change the sign. A permanent marker could fix your problem. THEY HAVE THE BEST HASHBROWNS HERE OF ANY PLACE I BEEN TOO.

Decafe Coffee! I was told that MacDonalds mix water & Regular Coffee and sell it as a cup of Decaf Coffee!!! Shame on you, People with Serious Illnesses can get sick drinking Regular Coffee. I'm one of those People!!!

My husband and my son ordered food last week at the Wesley chapel location off of SR 54 paid via Apple Pay. Something went wrong with the payment they stated on thier end. Said they could not give them thier order, etc due to payment still pending. However, he was still charged the same day. Regardless.The shift manager, Kavith was nothing but rude and did nothing to try to make it right. I went in a few days later to settle this issue and request a refund. She stated she could not issue me a refund without knowing what the order was. Therefore, a receipt was needed which this staff failed to give. So no order, receipt or refund so now he is left with nothing but free money to McDonald’s.This is the 2nd time this has happened..McDonald’s charges you what they want and could care less about having happy customers! This McDonald’s has gone downhill to say the least! Save your money people..??

Your store on n Dale Mabry near linebaugh is horrible. They constantly ignore curbside pickup and when they bring food after 20 minutes act put out when asked about the delay.

the parson store is the worst they argue with customer when are told not fixed right you cannot get a mcchicken on a steamed in less than 2 minutes from ordering and the bun be ice cold after working for caspers 18 and a half years before health issues i know what i am talking about
