Cathy Edwards was our real estate agent for the sale of our home and for the purchase of our new residence. Cathy’s knowledge of the market, and her ability to track the data of our showings helped guide us and led us to 2 full price offers. I wanted to lower our price but she kept me from doing so. I would highly recommend her if you are planning on selling. She came in and told us what to declutter and how to stage. I would also recommend her if you are planning on buying. Cathy Defines the meaning of the word, exceptional. We have bought our first Tampa home with Cathy, After placing several offers. In the sellers market, she was able to navigate The complex Tampa Bay market and find us the perfect Neighborhood. Kath was with us for a second home purchase of our dream home little bit over a year later the exceptional part comes where she was able to sell her first home under contract within a week. Not just that she will go beyond the call of duty What a real estate agent does. If I can relate who she reminds me of is Jerry Maguire lol.
