Just God Awful customer service and the only thing worse than the reliability of their camera systems, is their installers! My grandparents bought cameras from them for their shop and it’s been non stop issues and good luck trying to get their guy who installed them to return calls and keep appointments. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

This place was a lifesaver when I needed specialty video connectors last minute. Helen was the one who took my call, she immediately had a yes answer for me thank god. When I arrived, Helen and the rest of her coworkers were so friendly and helpful. I recommend this place to anyone needing cctv or video equipment, unfortunately they are only wholesalers, but they do have great prices, great staff, excellent service and are conveniently located off of i4 and mlk.

!!BEWARE!! This company claims to be a wholesale supplier but are a big conflict of interest selling to the public and causing big problems for the companies that do business with them. When doing business, integrity is number one and this company scores a zero in this category. They will lie straight to your face and then sell to your customer. It's all about a dollar to them. Other than that, software is glitchy and the products don't work. It will cost you a lot of time and money doing business with these guys. Note that this company has multiple google listings and is abusing the google rating system!!
