They have many advisors....I called to make an apt. on mon. by thurs still no call back. They don't pick up the phone. Kicks out to the national number they reached out to the branch to have them call me. So not even an email to the branch could get a call back. No service.

Aaron was so nice and helpful! He helped me roll over my old 401k's into an IRA. The appointment felt very personalized and I did not feel rushed into making any decisions.

Had a great sitdown with a CFP, Tucker Dooley, who gave me all the time and help I needed. Have a Schwab acct for over 30 yrs and happy to have the help locally.

Schwab has provided me excellent customer service for over 20 years. I do everything online, but needed a branch.They did as well in person as they have online.

Bright and light new Schwab office. They've been helpful and friendly. I make sure to pick up a Schwab pen and snacks while I'm here. They also have a coffee machine. Plenty of parking. It's ny Outback in the Westshore area across from International Mall. I've always had great experiences with Nina Yee the rep who works here and was at their former office that was tricky to get into and out of. Del Friscos, Kona, and Texas de Brazil are nearby. Grab a snack or happy hour bite at Kona on your way thru. Invest wisely. Buy low and sell high.

I would NOT recommend this particular office. It is almost impossible to find the manager in or anyone other than account reps. Additionally, the most concerning factor is the person at the front desk, Nina. Beware! She is deceitful and untrustworthy; not the type of person I want working at my financial institution.

Two reasons for this bad review. #1 - Very difficult to set up an account on line. Had to complain BIG TIME before I finally got someone to help. #2 Once account was set up I wanted to talk to a REAL LIVE PERSON to answer two simple questions. IT WAS HELLACIOUS trying to get through Schwab's torturous phone tree options. Tried several times to get a real live person - ANY PERSON - to talk with to get my questions answered. It was like being dragged through a CACTUS FIELD ! Instantly got through to TD Ameritrade and Scott Trade LIVE personnel, who were knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Save yourselves the headache and go to ANY other discount broker other than SCHWAB !

Online setup of an account was super easy, and I was contacted multiple times via phone after setup. The representative was extremely helpful! I look forward to a long relationship with this financial institution.

Disclaimer: I am not an investing guru, so they honestly could be swindling my money and I will never know. Therefore, this review is more about the atmosphere and how I was treated. I have had a Roth IRA since I was 16. However, I never really knew what it was or what it was for. Therefore, once I moved to the Tampa Bay Area, I decided to book an appointment with a Schwab rep (since my IRA was with Schwab) and hope that someone would explain to me what to do with my money. They have a very convenient system of booking an appointment online. After you book it, you always receive an email and (in my case) a phone call confirming the appointment and what you want to discuss. The first time I went, I was very nervous, since, like I said earlier, I know nothing about investing. They are in a very nice building that is shared with a hotel. There are two free parking garages on each side. Once inside the building, you will want to ask to be directed to Schwab, since there are no signs up. I met with Alberto who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Each time I meet with him he takes the time to explain to me his suggestions and what each of my choices means. I always book a 4:30 p.m. appointment and normally the office is closed by the time we are done. (One of the downfalls is Schwab closes about 5 p.m. on weekdays, so if you do not have a flexible schedule and are working, you are out of luck). He prints graphs and charts to elaborate on his points and I always leave feeling like my retirement is in good hands. I would suggest this Charles Schwab to people looking to start a retirement fund and do not know where to begin.
