Our card got stuck and we weve waited for hours, the machine is just loading and management has told us to wait. This is outrageous and we lost our money.

I have not been to the branch one time and have left in under 15 minutes just to make a deposit. They move so slow and there is always a line almost to the door.

I came to this location and had to go through the drive-through to make a mortgage payment. A lady came out to start directing traffic in the two drive-through lanes that were open. She started moving cars around in the lane that I was in. My lane only had two cars in it suddenly had a third car in front of me. The Chase rep move a car in front of mine. This was not helpful for the car that she moved into my lane as that lady's lane was moving faster and I bet She regrets getting in front of my car. I can't believe the Chase rep put a car in front of me. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. None of this was helpful for anyone in the drive thru.

Convenient to where I live. It has an accessible and protected ATM area that can be used 24/7 using your debit card for access. Also has a drive up ATM. The ATM area can be warm since apparently they don't run AC to it, at least not after hours. Other than that... great. Have not been here during business hours, so have no idea what the staff is like... but most Chase branches have been friendly and helpful, so expect the same here.

It was 6pm on the dot. Drive through ATM was closed. Like of 4 people for the inside ATM(because they haven't added their new ATMs and won't be adding them for another year and a half). Banker comes out to tell the customer to wait as the machine says "could not read" and doesn't bother to help any of the clients in line. Makes my

So, I go into this bank today to make a deposit and it was hotter than Satan's vomit in there. I noticed a thermostat out of the corner of my eye that had a case around it. My first thought was damn, I wonder how many other people thought it was as hot as I did and kept messing with the temperature to the point they had to enclose it. I then noticed there was a note taped to the inside and when I read it, I was instantly frightened. You mean to tell me you are handling a crap ton of money yet the concept of SPELL CHECK has completely been omitted from the memory of ANYONE who works there? You all walk past that red penned horror on a daily basis and no one sees the issue? Lol. How did that even leave the printer? I don't know man, I might have to move all $14 of my dollars elsewhere, because you all might deposit it elsewhere because you didn't check the spelling of my name and I can't have y'all messing with my beer money on an off pay week. I guess I could have told you all about it, but what fun would the day be without a social media story? Get it together Chase. It really looks bad that you want us to trust you with our money, but we can't trust your use of the alphabet.

This location is extremely hit or miss. It seems as if they never have enough people working the counter. Half of the tellers are very nice and respectful while the other half simply just don't want to be there. You're only way to get out of there in a timely manner is to hope that nobody is in there. Sometimes it takes 10 minutes to complete my transaction and other days it's under a minute. I don't use the drive thru service but the ATM's there are efficient and quicker than the tellers. The bank itself is very clean and nice but like I said, hit or miss.

This bank has apparently gone the route of replacing their tellers with automated machines which are supposed to be coming in around next year. As a result you can see now, they have only 1 teller to service both the people through the drive thru and the people inside. Their strategy is obvious, they want to make our banking experience so miserable right now by firing their tellers and artificially creating long lines that by the time they bring in the machines next year, we will welcome them. Start looking for alternative banking.

Convenient branch. A little difficult to get to depending on which direction you are coming from. Also, be careful if you intend on leaving and going eastbound on Waters. You'll have to make a U-turn on Waters or drive back towards Sweetbay and make two lefts.
