STAY AWAY FROM CHASE BANKWe decided to bring our business to Chase as we have had an auto loan with them for almost 2 years. When we did so, the branch opened all our accounts and took TEN OF THOUSANDS of dollars from us and accepted our PO Box mailing address as we live in our RV full time and do not receive mail at the location we are parked. Several business days later, we were notified that we need to contact them about our accounts before they close them. We did and were told that our address was not acceptable and we needed to provide a physical address. I decided to take my business elsewhere as we live in America and NOT Communist China and I can have whatever address I want. I tried to use my debit card and it was declined. We had been using them for a few days. I went back to the branch and ONLY THEN, was it explained that we were LOCKED out of our accounts until we changed our address. I provided an executed lease agreement for the location we are parked at and I was told that the accounts were unrestricted. Not the case. WE have not been aboe to use our debit cards since and they have restricted us from OUR MONEY. We are told that it will take 2 business days to lift the restrictions and it has been 3. I managed to get our savings from them, again, TENS OF THOUSANDS of dollars that we were CUT OFF from. THey still have several thousands of dollars in a checking account and have rejected a direct deposit and several auto payments that we had arranged, including our auto insurance and internet.STAY AWAY FROM CHASE BANK

This Chase branch location is mostly private bank cubicles. Just one teller line and no real counter service like in other branches. I got here on a Saturday morning shortly after they opened so there was only 1 person in front of me in line. There are only two people working on a Saturday and they have to work both the counter and the drive up window. If you're in a rush, come early otherwise you might have a long wait. The guy behind the "teller" booth took my money to the back vs doing everything at the counter. He then turned it over to another teller who handled the transactions. Both tellers were pleasant, nice, and efficiently handled my transactions. I'd use this branch again. No photos because I'm always leery of taking photos in a bank. Don't want them to think I'm casing the joint.

Unhelpful opened an account two days it was closed called in the information was incorrect, I want to go into the bank and open a new accountThe banker made it better and told me it was just a misunderstanding if it wasn’t for the follow up service done by her I would have not have made a effort to update my review. Good people make things better.

Very rude and unhelpful. The banker obviously didn’t want to be there, and was unwilling to help with issues I’ve had previously (Chase can be a nightmare to work with in general) that other branches had dealt with quickly and easily. Definitely the worst energy I’ve found in a Chase branch. I don’t like writing negativity, but if you want to avoid negative vibes, I have to recommend you avoid this branch.

I have to say this was one of the worst banks I have ever been to. I deal with banks on the daily with my job, and I've been to over a thousand. This one here is by far the worst. There attitudes with there clients along with anyone else is real ugly. And it was multiple people not just one. I wouldn't recommend chase bank to anyone I know. I work for a dealership and I will be telling people how these banks really are

This is by far the rudest, most unhelpful chase location I've ever been too. The teller looked at me cross-eyed and asked if perhaps I had an out of state account after I handed her a settlement check (that had to be cashed in person) with my completely up-to-date and accurate DL. I'm seriously concerned if this is what Chase deems A+ service in a lobby with a teller who can't look up a bank account without a debit card (!!!!!), exposed and cracked veneer at the teller station and a terrible caulking job throughout the whole place. It looks like an old public high school inside. Time to take down the plaques highlighting that 'excellent customer service' you clearly manipulated someone to get. Employees could be heard gossiping about their peers AND customers. I'm pretty sure my 2 year old cousin could do a better job running the place and keeping it up to 'Hyde park' standards. The female manager in particular talking back to customers really made the experience what it was. What a joke.

The bank could use a makeover but it's the brand people love, right?
