I’ve just made two phone calls to try and start a new account, first person picked up and hung up without a word, the second call through the machine and then hang up.

Very happy with my experience at this Chase bank. They are friendly and always come to help you. Claudio Cruz-Moreno helped me get started with all my accounts and my credit cards all approved and the process in general was quick, he is very attentive and professional. I recommend them.

NEVER SEE YOU ON TIME! ALWAYS LATE WITH ALL THE APPOINTMENTS!! After waiting 35 mins, we had to call twice to remind them we had a phone call scheduled. Excuse, "we are super busy" WE ARE also busy! - What's worse, when Claudio was too busy to make our appointment, he asked the branch manager to call and reach out, which she told him she did, and "left a message on my voicemail"..... which never happened and is untrue. If you get there without scheduling they take hours to see you, if you schedule is the SAME! - Unfortunaly, Claudio our guy is always busy; he is very informative, very PROFESSIONAL and super HELPFUL. That means you will have to wait past your time appointment if you want answers. If you are short on time the manager will see you. The "manager" the worst, Adriana is the most useless and unprofessional worker in that branch. She is nice BUT she has no idea what she's talking about, she always tells you the opposite of what the other workers tell you. She's always unsure of her answers and she GOOGLES EVERYTHING! As a manager she SHOULD know how his bank works or what to advise you, you go there to get help and answers but if you see her you will leave frustrated and with more questions. Terrible experience every time we see her. Hopefully, CHASE take action on this, just check the rest of the reviews. Also, find a way to respect the time that is scheduled and DON'T LIE!

The branch manager needs to lead by example. If you visit this branch and interact with the employees, you will see he does not. Do business elsewhere.

Today is Saturday April 1. At approximately 231pm I go to the ATM at this location, there are 3 ppl ahead of me, 1 atm inside.. the branch has already closed. A Hispanic guy walks in and again three ot her ppl are already waiting. He Knocks on the door and a PB who has on an all blue suit with brown dress shoes with bald head and tall open the door and after 2 minutes let's the guy in!!!,?? Remind you 3 other ppl were waiting so I say I knock on the door and he opens the door a tiny bit and I say why did you l let him in..1. You all are closed. 2. He was last to come in with thRe others waiting. He goes oh don't worry were closed and shut the door in my face! I then knock and this lady that had long black dark hair comes to the door and goes ya it was wrong and closes the door. I then ask for branch #and everyone walks away and ignites me. The guy is a PRIVATE BAnker that is at the back tall with bald head and an all blue suit. That's not right!! He let him in because he spoke your language and then to be rude at that!! Calling cooperate Monday your POS!!

I have been a Chase customer for many years and they have fulfilled my normal banking needs as requested - when needed. On January 6th 2023 I had to handle a large financial transaction in Tampa (where I do not live) - that potentially could have cost me thousands of dollars if not handled properly. I called the Branch Manager Adriana Arango for assistance with this transaction. I am only writing this review because she knocked my socks off with her level of professionalism. This is a very busy branch and Ms. Arango made time to assist me with this transaction - utilizing her years of Banking experience as well as her charming personality. Ms. Arango is a TOP Notch Banker A++

If you go to speak with someone don’t waste your time I wasted my time was there an hour and people would come in and certain people they help. I felt some kind of way.

Can't say they're the worst but it's an hour plus wait to notarize a one page document. According to my pst experience, notary is done in less than a minute: you provide a government issued photo ID, such as driver's license and sign in front of her or him. Then s/he signs and also puts her and his seal, to certify to have witnesses me or us signing. Here, however, works differently ... in terms of time. After walked in, I didn't see a greeter or front desk to direct the traffic. But half the cubical are filled with people. So I walked toward one, and asked if they offer notary service. Mind you, not every Chase has notary service. The staff said "yes we've two notary here, just take a seat. We'll be right with you." 38 minutes later, the same man said, he's one but he has someone to see. Other notary who's counting the shipments will be free after 20 minutes "You can wait or make an appointment." Isn't this the thing he should have told us 38 minutes earlier??? And making an appointment to notarize a document seems excessive. An hour into waiting, the same man came, asking us to see the one page document. He spent a few moments to finish reading the page, then said, "if she isn't still available, then I'll do it. Just give me a moment." He then walked off. Given the few moments he has spent with us, two or three more notary could have been done. Yet, we're still waiting, at 1:28 mark. Finally, the man came for us, after 1:39. He talks a lot and asks us where should he put his stamp ... as we're leaving, he says "... sorry about the wait. Next time make an appointment." Is this Jamie Dimon's new directive or strategy?

Never answer their phones. So don't bother trying to call. Also, they have thee slowest moving teller lines ever! I have never seen such an incompetent bank!

So I walked in about 2 weeks prior to today and I was told I was going to be contacted to make an appointment that NEVER HAPPENED. I figured id give it another shot because stuff happens and people forget but the staff at this bank is so slow and I litterally had to wait almost 2 hours just to open a bank account. They are super unorganized and don't have a log to know who comes in first and I was told by someone that there was 1 person in front of me and someone else jumped in front and NOTHING was done about the time I spent in the bank.
