Terrible customer service. They should remove the phones from the place. Use chime or any other banking app. I ordered new cards three weeks ago and have only received a credit card. Two business accounts and my personal account have been useless for three weeks. I recently called the branch and walked inside to see three bankers and two tellers ignoring the phone system. Absolute trash.

Needed to cash a check and was told that this location does not do cash transactions like that. How is this a bank then?

Do not go to this branch. They do not have tellers and the atm inside is limited. The staff that they do have there is not helpful. Save yourself a frustrating experience!

Chase is turning more and more banks Into ATM only offices. It’s super annoying I’m seriously contemplating closing my account because I have a savings special account with my son that does not have a debit card and fewer and fewer bridges are offering me services because of this! This particular Chase Bank doesn’t offer any full-service services.

It's a chase but they went out of their way as soon as I walked in and I love when establishments do that. I mean come on I'm on vacation and currently am looking super comfortable and all the tattoos are showing so that usually intimidates wherever i go. Not here, the ladies were super accommodating and pleasant. I love the fact that I was asked if I'd like coffee, who does that? So if anyone comes in the area you can be sure that the staff here is suoer well trained and know how to make even the average looking Joe (did I mention I wasn't dressed professional) feel like they actually care about the customer. Nice job to the young ladies and I am so happy that Chase teaches hospitality at the same time. This can be very well done of the biggest reasons I stay at Chase and being from Chicago it is nice to know that they are trained the same all over and without missing a beat, they know how to treat the customers with the utmost respect!

Made a deposit with a cashiers check. After making deposit was informed the funds were being held with no reason given. Went by 5 days later and asked branch manager to call. No call. Received letter saying funds being held. What a load of BS. Bank somewhere else.

Horrible big bank attitude. Holding funds from a bank cashiers check from a bank half a mile down the street. Unable to verify funds!? How about picking up the phone and calling the other bank, or walking next store. You have completely forgotten what's important in banking and that's the customer. Holding funds for over 10 days with no reason. I will not be banking with chase ever again.

I made a quick pit stop thru the drive thru to pay my Visa bill. The teller, David, was extremely nice to me and my daughter and made my day. Great Location with greater people.
