Staff was goodIf you are opening an account in chaseIt's better to book an appointment before , otherwise if you are walk in it takes 3-5 hours to wait.

If your trying to cash a check forget about it go to a different bank I brought 3 forms of ID with me and thay wouldn't cash a check that was issued from chase bank

Multibillion dollar company doesn’t have actual bank tellers. Do it yourself self checkout banking.You literally get interest free money from the federal reserve and free interest money from all your customers, yet, can’t afford to pay a teller $18 an hour to deposit checks.So stupid. Chase should be embarrassed

Employees are always nice and courteous. However someone needs to fix the door. If the bank is closed the atm is supposed to be accessible, but it isn’t.. the door doesn’t take your cars to allow you in. Driving to another chase.

Chase is not very customer friendly, i made a transaction through their website and they dont have access to transaction information at the branches. Which the customer service line referred me to. Wasted about 2 hours for nothing.

I am disappointed that I have a business account and personal account with Chase and was denied when I asked to use the restroom. This is not acceptable. I definitely won’t be visiting this location again.

I don't know if he's new or something but the employee everyone calls "Junior" closed my debit card without my permission or consent today. I had my first credit card i ordered sent to the wrong address so I went in person to correct it and he told me he changed the address to the correct one and the card should be on its way. I tried to buy something from one of the nearby stores using my DEBIT card and it tells me it's declined. my card has NEVER declined. I didn't know what he did but I knew he did something wrong. I went back to the bank to see what happened and I was right. Turns out this guy closed it. You know, the card i use to pay for things to live?? yeah. He laughed it off and said "I thought you said debit" when I came back to see what had gone wrong. no matter how many times i said the word CREDIT CARD when we were changing the address, he apparently didn't bother paying attention at all NOR did he confirm the change I was trying to make before finalizing it and sending me on my way. he brushed it off and said I could use cash until it arrives in the mail or use a visa gift card.... A VISA GIFT CARD. That was his solution. for me to go out if my way to fix a problem HE made. Because of his carelessness, I now have to try and find work-arounds for the rest of the week when purchasing items that require a card. Thanks, Junior. Pay better attention to what someone is asking help with next time before you ruin their entire week.

First time at this branch office, wasn't the greatest experience. I went to exchange foreign currency and I was told they don't exchange the currency I had. I was not happy at all, only because the woman/teller didn't seem sure about the info she was giving me. She didn't bother to ask a manager or another employee to be sure, so I just took the money and left. Not a happy customer today. :( Plus that shopping center was so crowded and parking was limited. Definitely not coming back to this particular branch office.

Tellers don't know what they are doing. Everyone it's so rude. But what can you expect from Chase,they don't even have a customer service line here in USA. Everything is done through subcontractors in India.

Terrible Banking Experience. Writing this review now out of frustration, but the sentiments date back to their opening. Wait for everything. Teller Windows are always closed. You have to flag an employee for all questions. Multiply the number of customers in the facility at any given time and you begin to see the dilemma. This "New Generation" banking model will cause customer migration to other banks. FIX THIS!!
