Bout a dime ultra blue razz and it doesn’t work started flashing when I got home returned to exchange it because here freaking 22$ and the guy acted like I was lying sho he exchanges it with the same kind out of the same box and tells me if it happens again I can’t exchange it! So what happens I get home and it’s hot immediately and starts flashing and not working! Never returning here they are over priced and not sure if they are even real vapes now! Thanks for ripping me off of money I already don’t have!

Rude staff because I did not have cash for my purchase. Credit card processing fees are part of the cost of doing business. Also had no restroom available. Maybe they should find another line of business if they want to be rude and accuse me of doing this on purpose. It is not my responsibility to find out your minimums if you take credit cards you should know this is part of doing business and if not you should convert to cash only and inform guests as they arrive. Avoid this location at all costs they do not deserve your business.

Asked if they had a bathroom and told me it was out of order, didn’t hear them so the guy behind the counter made it clear they don’t want my business. Was gonna grab a drink and some snacks but gonna spend my Pennys elsewhere lol

This elderly men doubled charged me , for an item . Once , I became aware of the problem I asked him for a refund he stated I would have to wait until the line goes down . My Lyft ride was waiting outside so I decided to leave , and deal with the matter on Monday . I called to speak with him , he began yelling on the phone once he knew who I was . Telling me they were not going to give me back the money & hung up .

Most of the staff in the store are awesome. I’m here almost every day. However the young African-American woman that works here is incredibly rude. Refuses to do her job. She will not open up the smoke shop for anybody because she is too lazy to do so the rest of the staff is great and very helpful.

Went in for a quick restroom stop and gas fill up. The store was clean, the staff was friendly and offered the cheapest rates on the upside app. Super satisfied with this stop.
